Chiral phosphine ligands play a very important cornerstone of asymmetric transition-metal catalysis, and chiral phosphine ligands with various backbones have been designed and synthesized by chemists over the past decades.Unfortuntately, the research with P-stereogenic phosphine ligands remain rarely, which is because it is difficult to synthesize these P-stereogenic phosphine ligands, and these ligands become often racemic with high temperature. At present, chiral phosphine ligands show great potential in the filed of asymmetric catalysis,so the design and synthesis of structurally novel and highly efficient P-stereogenic ligands remain a formidable challenge. We design and synthesis a series of novel P-stereogenic ligands(ZD-Phos),which owns simply synthesis steps, cheap materials, and we can get a pair of diastereomers(6,6?)without resolve reagents in this reaction. The ligands were next first to apply to Ag(I)-catalyzed enantioselective [3+2] annulations of azomethine ylides, and good reaction results were obtained with up to >20:1 dr and >99% ee.This is the first highly enantioselective synthesis of chiral spiro-pyrrolidine derivatives by using metal/P-stereogenic ligands in asymmetric [3+2] annulations.
