As the foundation of our country,the development of traditional manufacturing industry has gradually entered the bottleneck.With the intensification of competition and the change of market demand,products with diversification,simplification,production and shortened assembly cycle have quickly occupied the market.For enterprises,high-quality,efficient and low-cost production can bring benefits to enterprises and gain a firm foothold in market competition.As an important part of product production cycle,assembly efficiency and quality play a vital role in improving product quality,shortening product production cycle and reducing costs.Research on previous data found that most of them are in the virtual system,the actual workflow is simulated,and the corresponding analysis results are given through the functions provided by the software.Typical software is JIGRO,JACK,CATIA,DELMIA,etc.The research on EEG signals is mostly used in the medical field: such as seizures when brain waves and awake contrast;or for fatigue research,such as driving fatigue,upper limb fatigue,clothing comfort research,emotional music EEG signals,etc..Therefore,in terms of the comfort of the work posture,the evaluation of many simulation software does not take into account the physiological and psychological effects of the work of the personnel,the difference between the workers;for the research of the EEG signal,the use of the EEG Research on the comfort posture of factory workers' work postures,combining EEG signals with motion capture equipment to study the comfort of work postures or relatively little research on external protective assembly operations.In the evaluation of the effect before and after improvement,in addition to the ergonomic evaluation based on the ergonomic method of virtual simulation,there is another type of comprehensive evaluation system for multi-index,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,principal component analysis method,analytic hierarchy analysis method,etc.The method was comprehensively evaluated.This kind of method has strong subjectivity,and there will be some differences in the evaluation of the effects before and after improvement.The use of brain wave analysis can better compensate for this deficiency.Taking the working process of the outer protective assembly of a machining center as the research object,the working posture of the assembly process was studied.Firstly,a simulation experiment was conducted on the factors(working space,working weight and working distance)affecting the comfort degree of the assembly's working posture by combining EEG technology and motion capture technology.Using wavelet packet decomposition as EEG signal processing,the relationship between work comfort and working posture under limited conditions was explored,and the working posture of optimal comfort under different combination conditions was obtained.Secondly,according to the assembly operation process,combined with the experimental results,the parts with low comfort posture of the assembly process were improved and the improvement suggestions were put forward.Finally,by comparing the changes of fatigue before and after the improvement,the sample entropy algorithm was used to evaluate the improvement and to verify the improvement effect.
