With the rapid development of modern society,organic chemical synthesis has been applied in many fields.From agriculture to pharmaceuticals,the development and progress of all walks of life depend on organic chemical synthesis.While being applied,people pay more and more attention to the concept of environmental protection,and the concept of"green chemistry"came into being.The methods of organic chemical synthesis are also developing in a more green and friendly way,from the previous precious metal catalysis to the cheap metals,the metal-free catalysis and the recent photochemical and the electrochemical synthesis,which have attracted much attention.In this paper,the bis-functionalization and electrochemical synthesis of olefins are briefly introduced.The related research results of olefin trifluoromethylation and C-P bonding in recent years are described in detail.Through the above summary and reflection,this paper develops and details the copper-catalyzed olefin thiotrifluoromethylation reaction and electrochemical oxidation of C-P bonding.The relevant research results are as follows:1.Based on the literature research on the difunctionalization of olefins,we have developed a method of radical and radical coupling to achieve the thiotrifluoromethylation of olefins.In this way,we synthesized a series of thiotrifluoromethyl derivatives with medicinal values based on thiophenol and styrene as substrates,hoping to provide useful help for subsequent medicinal research.2.This topic explores and develops a C-P bonding method by replacing the traditional metal catalysis method with the recently concerned electrochemical synthesis method.This method can not only form C(sp~2)-P bond,but also realize C(sp~3)-P bond.In this way,a series of C(sp~2)-H and C(sp~3)-H bond compounds were investigated for their substrate suitability,and good yield could be obtained.Moreover,most of the products could be used as drug fragments with good medicinal value.
