In the oil rig hoisting system,when the drill string is lowered and the casing is lowered,the oil rig winch motor reverses power generation,generating a large amount of regenerative energy.At present,this part of energy is usually dissipated by the energy-consuming resistors in the form of thermal energy,which causes energy waste and to require auxiliary equipment to cool the energy-consuming resistor.Therefore,it is necessary to recycle this part of the energy.In this paper,in order to deal with the problem of regenerative braking energy of rig winch,firstly,the current status of rig winch energy storage is analyzed,and the overall structure and energy flow of rig winch supercapacitor energy storage system are designed.By studying the principle of supercapacitor energy storage and characteristics,the equivalent model of supercapacitor and charge and discharge mode are determined,and the non-isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter is selected,and the principle of bidirectional DC-DC converter in Boost state and Buck state control supercapacitor are introduced.The PI control strategy and the fuzzy PI control strategy are used to control the bidirectional DC-DC converter respectively.The fuzzy PI controller is designed and the rig supercapacitor energy storage system is modeled and simulated,and the fuzzy PI control strategy is obtained.The results show that the DC bus voltage fluctuation range is small,and the voltage across the supercapacitor module is more stable,and the charge and discharge current is more stable,and the charge and discharge efficiency is higher.The energy characteristics of the multi-model drilling rig in the process of lifting the drill string,empty hook,lowering the drill string and empty hook are analyzed.It is concluded that the total recovery energy and energy saving ratio are obviously improved when considering the empty hook.Different types of supercapacitors are configured for different rigs in different wells,and the series-parallel mode is determined.Furthermore,when selecting a suitable supercapacitor,it is necessary to pay attention to the monomer capacity,volume and utilization of the supercapacitor.
