The research content of this thesis is mainly composed of three parts.The first part is a review,which briefly introduces the research progress of aziridine as a precursor in the synthesis of different nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds in recent years.Its contents mainly include three aspects:(1)five-membered heterocycles synthesis using aziridines as substrates;(2)six-membered heterocycles synthesis using aziridines as substrates;(3)other heterocycles synthesis using aziridines as substrates;The second part and the third part are my research progress on the oxidative dehydrogenative cyclization of amines or hydrazines with aziridines.1.Oxidative dehydrogenative [2+3]-cyclization of glycine derivatives with Nsulfonylaziridines is described.A series of complex imidazolidines were produced under mild and simple reaction conditions.A mechanism involving an unusual acid-promoted autooxidation is proposed.2.Oxidative dehydrogenative [3+3] annulation of benzylhydrazines with Nsulfonylaziridines is described.A series of complex tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazines were produced under mild reaction conditions.And the gram-level preparation of 3,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine is achieved by aromatization. |
