As environmental issues become more serious, there has been widespread concern about reducing the use of hazardous chemicals in chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial research and the consequent human health risks.Green Chemistry aims to design chemical processes and synthetic methods in a friendly environment to eliminate or reduce the use of hazardous and toxic chemicals at any stage of production in industry or laboratories. In traditional chemical processes, solvents are widely used to dissolve reactants, affect chemical reactivity, extract and wash products, and separate mixtures.Despite many self-evident advantages, conventional organic solvents are not only harmful to the environment, but also exhibit carcinogenicity, ecotoxicity, and non-biodegradability.In order to improve the impact on human health and the protection of the environment from the risks associated with the use of harmful organic volatile solvents, chemists have made great efforts to develop alternative green reaction media. In the past decade, deep eutectic solvents?DES?have excellent properties such as biocompatibility, high viscosity, low gas pressure,non-flammability,thermal stability and negligible volatility. It has won the favor of the majority of chemical enthusiasts, and has attracted much attention in various fields such as organic synthesis, catalytic reaction, biocatalysis and biomass pretreatment.According to current research,DES can replace traditional organic solvents as a green medium.Spiroepoxyquinone derivatives have a wide variety of biological and pharmaceutical properties, including anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,anti-bacterial,anti-malarial and anti-cancer properties,in addition to acting as central nervous system stimulants.Through a large number of experiments,it was finally determined that ChCl/glycerol was used as a solvent under the conditions of microwave irradiation to tautomerized enol structure?1,3-indanedione,4-hydroxycoumarin,5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione?and isatin are used as starting materials to synthesize an anthrone derivative.ChCl/glycerol acts as a solvent during the reaction, and the hydrogen bonds formed also promote the progress of the reaction.Pyrazolopyridines have been found in many bioactive products, natural products and functional materials. The structure embedded in the pyrazolopyridine unit exhibits potential pharmaceutical properties such as antiplatelet, antifungal, anticancer, antibacterial and antiproliferative.A series of eutectic solvents are prepared. It was found that ChCl/Lactic acid is an excellent solvent for the reaction of 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-amine derivatives, isatin and5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dioneundermicrowaveirradiation.Spirobihydropyridazopyridine derivatives were obtained in high yield with short reaction time.Dihydropyridines are widely used as anti-tumor,anti-asthma drugs,anticonvulsants,analgesics,insecticides,anti-HIV drugs, antibacterials and antioxidants.Isatin, benzoylacetonitrile, and NH4OAc were used as the starting materials for the reaction, the betaine hydrochloride/urea as an excellent solvent for the synthesis of polyarylpyridine dinitrile derivatives by microwave irradiation four-component method.During the reaction, the urea in the solvent also acts as a source of amine to some extent due to its structural characteristics, thereby accelerating the progress of the reaction.
