Organic Light-Emitting Diodes will become the next generation of light-emitting carriers because of high luminous efficiency,low power consumption,low-temperature performance,beautiful in colors and normal display at minus 40 degrees Celsius.By grafting or copolymerizing the small molecule on the polymer main chain,the polymer luminescent materials can effectively avoid fluorescence quenching caused by nucleus aggregation of the luminescence and impro've stability at the same time.Benefited from spin-coating,they can be used to the preparation of large area luminescent devices,therefore,costs and process requirements are extremely reduced.Adding POSS into phosphorescent polymers can effectively improve the solubility and the thermal stability of polymers,widen the distance between the objects,reduce the interaction between the luminescent groups and promote the luminescent properties of the light-emitting polymer,which facilitates the spin-coating of the device.In this paper,two kinds of POSS-containing phosphorescent polymers with polyfluorene-carbazole and polyvinylcarbazole as backbone chain were obtained by the methods of Suzuki polymerization and radical polymerization,whose method realized efficient energy transformation between the subject and the object.Moreover,the thesis aimed at,through adjusting proportion of POSS,studying the effect of POSS content on the solubility,film formation as well as optoelectronic properties of the luminescent material.Thirdly,the paper studied the structure,photophysical properties,electro-chemical properties,film forming properties and thermal stability of the polymer by the method of NMR,IR,UV,fluorescence,CV,SEM,AFM,TG,etc..Finally,a multi-layer OLED device was prepared by spin-coating and the electroluminescent properties of polymers were studied.
