The blisk has the advantages of long service life,stable operation and high thrusting ratio.It has been widely applied in the new generation of aviation engine.But the blade profile was distorted and thin.In order to meet the requirements of high strength,high life and light weight,the materials were often selected with high strength and hardness of titanium alloy or high temperature alloy,etc.So it was difficult and expensive to use traditional machining.With the advantages of high processing efficiency,high surface quality and no loss of the tool cathode,ECM has become one of the mainstream technologies of blisk manufacturing.The purpose of this project was to improve the uniformity of the machining allowance and reduce the difference of allowance for ECM of the blisk channel.Based on the method of compound feeding electrolysis in the cascade channel,a compound feeding ECM machine tool was developed.The open CNC system based on PMAC was built,and the characteristics of the system are debugged with the PID control algorithm.The main tasks to be completed were as follows:(1)Based on the relevant principles and characteristics of ECM processing,the main factors affecting ECM processing of the blisk were explored as ? and ?,the rationality and feasibility of compound feeding method were verified.(2)Based on the theoretical and technical requirements of the compound feeding method,the technical difficulties and methods for designing compound feeding in ECM machine tool were presented,the reasonable layout of the horizontal machine tool was adopted,the compound feeding mechanism and other key functional components of machine tool were developed.(3)Utilized the technical features of the open CNC system,combined with the low-speed and high-precision movement requirements of the machine.The hardware structure of the system was constructed and an open CNC system based on PMAC was developed,and the steady and dynamic response of the system was debugged by using PID control algorithm.The results show that the performance of the compound feeding ECM system meets the working requirements of the machine tool.
