With the rapid development and utilization of energy,the preparation of high-efficiency energy storage materials has become a hot spot.The energy storage materials with one-dimensional structure provide a broader direction for the development of energy storage field.In this paper,one-dimensional carbon materials were prepared by electrospinning,and the influencing factors of spinning morphology of polyvinylpyrrolidone?PVP?were investigated.Under different concentration,voltage and receiving distance,the spinning range of PVP material and the variation rule of spinning fiber size were studied by controlled variable method.The data of PVP one-dimensional carbon fiber materials prepared by electrospinning were summarized,which provided the basis for the preparation of fibers of different sizes.The experimental results show that the spinning concentration range of PVP ethanol solution is in the range of 3 wt.%18 wt.%.It is difficult to overcome the surface tension to form spinning sprays when the electrostatic repulsion force is higher than 18 wt.%,and it is difficult to overcome the surface tension to form spinning sprays when the solvent content is too high under 3 wt.%,the film of the deposited polymer solution is formed on the collecting device and cannot be torn off from the receiving aluminum foil and the electrostatic repulsion force is higher than18wt%.As a result,the spinning fibers were wrapped together and solidified into filaments by volatilization of the solvent before reaching the receiving device,and a complete one-dimensional spinning fiber membrane could not be formed when the spinning fibers were thicker.Therefore,the polymer solution which can be electrospun must have a certain concentration.Through the experiment of exploring the voltage,it is concluded that for the individual polymer solution,the spinning voltage should be slightly higher than the minimum spinning voltage.A uniform and stable fiber material can be obtained by spinning the voltage,and the increasing voltage is slightly coarser of the spinning fiber.According to the experiment of receiving distance,the spinning diameter of PVP solution will decrease with the increase of receiving distance.In a word,the spinning fibers of various sizes can be obtained by controlling the change of parameters by electrospinning.Flexible and wearable electronic products have attracted more and more attention from academia and industry because of their wide application prospects.However,for example,transition metal hydroxide,hydrate,sulfides and so on,their conductivity is poor and the electron transfer process is slow,which greatly reduces the electrochemical performance of the battery.In this paper,active energy storage materials with different one-dimensional morphologies were grown on silver-plated flexible materials by simple hydrothermal synthesis,and layered one-dimensional nanostructures were obtained,which provided a new idea for the design of high-performance flexible electrodes.Expand the application range of wearable energy storage devices.In-situ Electrodeposition of Silver plating layer It not only improves the electronic conductivity of textiles,but also enhances the connection between active materials and textile fibers.There are many kinds of battery materials with typical one-dimensional nanotube array and one-dimensional nanorod array,such as metal hydroxide(nickel-cobalt dihydroxide?Ni-Co LDH?and sulfide?NiCo2S4,NiFeCo2S4?.The performance of the electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry test and constant current charge-discharge test,and the specific capacitance and cyclic performance of the electrode material were calculated.It can be concluded from charge and discharge rate test with discharge rates from 0.5 Ag-1 to 20Ag-1 that there is still a high capacity retention rate in the case of large current charge and discharge.The development of one-dimensional materials provides a broader development direction for energy storage materials.The simple preparation method of one-dimensional carbon materials and various other materials with one-dimensional structure and morphology have proved that materials with one-dimensional structure have better application.
