Energy issues and environmental issues have become the hotspots of today's society.How to solve these problems has become the research focus of the majority of researchers,especially high-efficiency catalytic materials have become a research hotspot.In this paper,transition metal nanoparticles were combined with carbon nanotubes to explore their application properties in oxygen evolution reaction and microwave induced catalytic degradation.Co9S8/CNTs composites,CoSe/CNTs composites and MnO/CNTs composites were synthesized by condensation reflux method and hydrothermal method.Co9S8 and CoSe were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis.The electrochemical performance of the OER catalytic properties of cobalt-based materials were tested and found to have good OER performance,reaching overpotentials of 334mV and 293mV respectively.The experimental results showed that as the reaction went on,the material gradually underwent phase transformation,eventually forming oxides and oxyhydroxides.The sulfur and selenium element gradually dissolved into the electrolyte solution,and the performance became better gradually.The specific surface area of the samples were almost doubled after the reaction stabilizing,which exposed more active sites and defects and improved their catalytic performance.In this research,MnO/CNTs composites were also constructed,which showed excellent microwave absorption and excellent catalytic ability for TC degradation under microwave irradiation.The removal of TC reached 185 mg/g within 10 min under microwave irradiation,and the degradation rate was far.Higher than previously reported.This work also showed that a series of intermediate compounds were produced during microwave-induced catalytic degradation of TC.Due to its ease of preparation strategy,efficient catalysis and good reusability,MnO/CNTs are expected to have great potential for purifying organic contaminants in the environment.
