With the constant development of social economy, the sustainability harness of cultivated land is now facing challenges, especially in urban areas where the economy is highly developed and urbanization is in the middle of fast advancement leading to a smaller amount of cultivated land with a poor quality, and its horizontal line of cultivated land is way too close to or even below the safety warning line. Thus the concept of resilience was introduced in ecosystem research of cultivated land to make a further analysis of the internal changes of cultivated land ecosystem. The research was to carry out on cultivated land ecosystem and the disturbance characteristics faced with cultivated land ecosystem,The connotation, nature, evaluation index, model and method of resilience of cultivated land ecosystem are also investigated to help managers to understand the mechanism which help the ecosystem of cultivated land to continuously maintain its state when faced up with the disturbances. Therefore,to provide a theoretical basis and a practical basis for the management and protection of cultivated land as well as land remediation, and aiming at achieving sustainable and long-term protection for ecosystems of cultivated land involved in welfare of human being.the main conclusions obtained through research in this paper are as follows:(1)With the analysis about the constitution and function of cultivated land ecosystem,it demonstrates that to make sure of sufficient food supply in the regional area from cultivated land must be synchronized with maintaining regional ecological balance and ensuring regional social and economic development, which is of great practical significance. However, with the development of social economy, the cultivated land ecosystem is faced with the pressure such as loss of labor, soil pollution, degradation of arable land, and the difficulty for keeping dynamic balance of quantity and quality of the cultivated land. The research of resilience is introduced for the purpose to make sure of the sustainable development of cultivated land ecosystem,to quantify the resilience of cultivated land ecosystem and the cultivated land ecosystem and to define controlling connotation of the cultivated land ecosystem.(2)The ecosystem of cultivated land pertains to semi-natural and semi-artificial ecosystem. The appropriate index is picked out to construct the resilience evaluation index system of cultivated land ecosystem, which is divided into two subsystems: respectively are natural resilience of cultivated land and social resilience of cultivated land. There is a further subdivision of four third grade sub-systems under the subsystem which respectively are the background resilience of cultivated land, ecological resilience of cultivated land, spatial resilience of cultivated land, and manageable resilience of cultivated land. Thus a four-dimensional for resilience evaluation model of cultivated land ecosystem is established.According to the basic characters such as metrizability and plasticity featured by resilience of cultivated land ecosystem,to carry out the qualitative and quantitative evaluation for the resilience of cultivated land ecosystem.(3)The evaluation for the resilience of cultivated land ecosystems in the cultivated land of the whole area and country parks in Qingpu District shows that there is a certain extent of improvement for the resilience of cultivated land ecosystem in Qingpu District. The evaluation results can provide the basis for the future utilization of cultivated land in such aspects like macro-policy,planning and industrial layout in Qingpu District. As for the country parks,it will highlight the characteristics of Shanghai. The evaluation results feasibly show the visualized changes of the resilience situations of the cultivated land ecosystem under different condition of utilization,a comprehensive remediation and input of economy and technology. Therefore, the basis for the implementation of specific measures was provided by the evaluation results and comprehensively improving the resilience and integrity of the entire system, eventually to achieve a sustainable and long-term protection of cultivated land ecosystems.
