Electrochemical immunosensor is a kind of biosensor based on the immuno affinity reaction of antigen and antibody.It combines the specificity of immune affinity and sensitivity of electrochemical analysis.It has many advantages,such as good selectivity,high specificity and high sensitivity.In the field of electrochemistry,the lable-free electrochamical immunosensor has been developed to a certain extent due to its simple construction,no labelling process and time saving.In this paper,three types of lable-free electrochemical immunosensor were used for the detection of salbutamol.Chapter 1.This chapter briefly gave an overview of the lean meat powder and salbutamol,described the current detection method of lean meat powder,introduced the electrochemical immunosensor and the common nanometer materials,at the end of the study,gave a summary for the contents of this paper.Chapter 2.A novel and label-free electrochemical immunosensor for salbutamol(SAL)detection was presented based on alizarin-titanium dioxide-acetylene black-chitosan composites(AR-TiO2-AB-CS)as a signal amplification platform and alizarin(AR)as a redox mediator.Electro-deposited Au NPs on the modified electrode surface for immobilizing SAL antibody(anti-SAL)can further enhance the current response.Under optimized conditions,Differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)was used to detect the change value of alizarin peak current,the quantitative analysis of salbutamol was achieved by the relationship between the current response and the concentration of salbutamol.The linear range of immunosensor was 1-100 ng/mL(R2=0.9936)with the detection limit of 0.67 ng/mL(S/N?3).The immunosensor was applied to detect salbutamol existing in real sample.Chapter 3.A novel and label-free electrochemical immunosensor for salbutamol(SAL)detection was presented based on acetaminophen(AP)as a redox mediator and multi-walled carbon nanotubes hybridized acetylene black composites(MWCNTs-AB)as a signal amplification platform.Electro-deposited Au NPs on the modified electrode surface can further enhance the current response and complete the immobilization of SAL antibody(anti-SAL).The correlation linear curve of the current response of acetaminophen and SAL concentration was achieved by square wave sweep voltammetry(SWV)after different concentration SAL specific binding anti-SAL.Under optimized conditions,the linear range of immunosensor was 0.75-100 ng/mL(R2=0.9944)with the detection limit of 0.26 ng/mL(S/N=3).It was applied to detect the salbutamol consisting in the pork sample.Chapter 4.A label-free electrochemical immunosensor was built in this paper for the sensitive detection of salbutamol.Graphene-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene-Nafion composite was synthesized(GO-DPPF-Nafion)as electrode material used to enhance the signal,through electrodeposition of platinum to finish the antibody amplification and further enhance the signal,using DPPF as electron mediator,after the specific interaction at the modified electrode surface,square wave voltammetry(SWV)was used to detect the peak current of DPPF and realized the quantitative analysis of determinand.The linear range of immunosensor was 0.75-100 ng/mL(R2=0.9942)with the detection limit of 0.21 ng/mL(S/N=3).It was successfully applied to detect the salbutamol existing in pork sample.
