Industrial organic wastewater has been plagued by its characteristics of high pollution, high risk, difficulty in degradation and difficult recovery. Most of its components are very complicated, and natural water bodies can hardly be decomposed and eliminated by self-cleaning action.High salinity, high chroma, high chemical oxygen demand and other characteristics make the clean treatment of organic pollutants imminent.Hydrogel has a unique structure, has high adsorption rate and high circulation rate for pollutants in wastewater, and can be widely used in wastewater treatment.?-cyclodextrin is widely used in the field of inclusion complexes and polymer synthesis. The special cavity structure allows cyclodextrin to interact with pollutants through hydrophobic interactions, hydrogen bonding,etc.Combine.The hydrogel itself is less strong and can be modified with a cyclodextrin for the hydrogel. The new hydrogel obtained after modification not only has certain progress in strength, but also has good ability to adsorb wastewater with organic pollutants.Based on the study of efficient and clean organic pollutants treatment, this study studied the preparation process of poly(cyclodextrin/acrylic acid-maleic acid)hydrogel and discussed the synthesis of novel composite hydrogels for dye wastewater.Adsorption effect with phenol wastewater. In this study, the composite hydrogel is based on maleic anhydride and acrylic acid, and is used as a polymerization monomer together with acrylamide. At the same time, cyclodextrin is used as a reinforcing material, potassium persulfate is used as an initiator,N,N'-Methylene bis acrylamide was used as a crosslinking agent to finally obtain a composite gel.In this study, the removal rate of organic pollutants by composite gels under different factors was investigated, and the adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetic behaviors were fitted and desorbed. When the composite gel adsorbs organic pollutants in the simulated wastewater, the pollutant removal rate is related to factors such as gel particle size, environmental pH value, organic pollutant concentration and adsorption time.As the gel particles shrink, the removal rate shows an overall upward trend, but the optimal adsorption particle size exists due to molecular agglomeration;the higher the concentration of organic pollutants, the better the adsorption effect of the composite gel;under peracid or overbased conditions The removal rate of contaminants by composite gel is poor;due to the different structural characteristics of contaminants, the optimal adsorption conditions of composite gels are different for different pollutants, and the influence degree of each condition is different: for dye contaminants The polymerization monomer ratio has the greatest influence, followed by the cyclodextrin addition amount and the crosslinker ratio, and the neutralization degree is relatively small;for the phenol pollutants, the influence degree is from the largest to the smallest in order of the cyclodextrin addition amount.,the ratio of the polymerized monomer, the ratio of the crosslinking agent, and the degree of neutralization. At the same time, the quasi-first-order and quasi-secondary reaction kinetics fitting of the new composite hydrogels and the thermodynamic fitting with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm using the Freundlich adsorption isotherm can be used to preliminarily obtain the composite hydrogel. The glue is the intermolecular adsorption in the uniform system for the dye contaminants in the wastewater, and the multi-molecular layer adsorption in the heterogeneous system for the phenol contaminants. The desorption rate and the removal rate of the composite gel adsorbed by the pollutants are better, and have a certain degree of reusability.Generally,it takes about four hours to reach the equilibrium state of adsorption. It can be concluded that the new composite hydrogel of poly(cyclodextrin/acrylic acid-maleic acid)achieves the expected level of treatment of organic pollutants in simulated wastewater.
