The rapid development of China’s economy has brought tremendous changes to people’s lives.The size of TV sets has shown blowout growth in recent years.With the development of traditional TV from large size to larger size,smaller size and more beautiful,in order to increase the stability,firmness and beauty of TV sets,a circle of aluminium profiles will be reinforced around the TV sets.The increase of the size of TV sets poses a challenge to the processing and production of the aluminium frame of TV sets.The size of 70-inch TV aluminium profile frame is about 1700 mm.Because of the scarcity of long-distance machine tools in the domestic market,the current production means are mainly sectional clamping and sectional processing.The steps are very cumbersome,requiring multiple clamping and tool change or replacement of processing machine tools.In this project,aiming at the aluminium profile frame of large-size TV sets,a milling-drilling machine for light-weight and long-size workpieces is developed,which can realize one-time clamping processing,effectively improve the processing efficiency and quality,and meet the processing requirements.Firstly,according to the processing requirements and actual use,the overall layout of the machine tool is determined and the structure design of the machine tool is completed.The main parts of the machine tool are selected.The important parts of ball screw,guide rail and servo motor are carefully checked to ensure the reliability and stability of the machine tool operation.Design and complete the spindle tool change,spindle cooling and lubrication system.Designing a fixture for fast positioning and clamping can change the assembly type according to the type of workpiece,and improve the production efficiency.Based on ANSYS workbench 15.0 finite element analysis software,the static and dynamic characteristics of important parts and machine tools are analyzed,and the ability of machine tools to resist external static forces is verified.The deformation of machine tools under external static forces is analyzed to determine the static stiffness of machine tools.The modal analysis of the machine tool is carried out,and the inherent vibration characteristics of the machine tool are found.Topology optimization and multi-objective optimization design based on screening method are carried out for important parts of machine tools,which reduces the quality of spindle box,improves the size parameters of connector structure distribution,wall thickness and rib thickness,improves the static characteristics of connectors and reduces the quality of parts.The overall design of the machine tool electrical system and the manufacture of the machine tool electronic control cabinet are carried out.The machine tool is debugged on the spot,and the parameters of the driver and the numerical control system are set.
