Slicing knives and Scissors are important products in light industry,which is essential to people's life.The development level of shear steels are also indirectly shows the development level of the national light industry.At present,our country's products cannot be compared with those in developed countries.7Cr13 martensitic stainless steel in this paper is a razor blade material with high quality,which is developed to improve product quality and service life.In order to catch up with the international level as soon as possible,our factory cooperate and develop this new material with Germany enterprise.This paper is a part of the cooperation project,mainly solving the problems of high cost,low efficiency of cold rolling.This paper first carried by 3A cold rolling process of hot rolled steel plate to reduce raw material annealing instead of 4A cold rolling process used in the exploration,the results show that 3A technology has the advantages of short process,low cost,suitable for mass production of cold rolled plate,keep smooth and other advantages,is feasible.In order to solve the problem of new material performance in cold rolling process,we further study in the new process,effects of heat treatment on Microstructure and mechanical properties of the results:1025? in the quenching,tempering heat treatment conditions of 250?,can obtain the residual pearlite organization,most tempering quenching hardness is 730 HV and the tempering hardness of cold-rolled sheet is 670 HV;tensile strength can reach 890 Mpa,there was no significant difference between the microstructure and properties of 4A and process conditions;analysis of tensile and fracture morphology of SEM materials,found that the material fracture of two kinds of process conditions are typical dimple fracture.In conclusion:3 A process can replace 4A process,in the premise that the final performance of the material is not affected,we shorten the process flow,reduce the processing energy consumption,improve production efficiency,and finally achieve the purpose of increasing profits.
