The grate cooler is the core equipment of the cement clinker production line.The amount of heat recovery and the quality of hot air quality directly affect the stability and energy consumption of the whole kiln system.The purpose of this study is to calculate the main parameters of the grate cooler,especially through the inverse calculation of heat transfer calculation to find out the hot air temperature of the grate cooler,so as to guide the actual production and find out the problems.The main work of this topic is to complete the following work:(1)the deduction and calculation of the resistance of grate grate plate and the resistance of the material layer are calculated.Through calculation,it is found that there is a gap between the calculation resistance and the actual situation,but the main factors that affect the resistance of the grate cooler and the resistance of the material layer are found through calculation.(2)The flow state theory of the material is deduced and calculated.The calculation shows that the initial speed of the 25 mm clinker reaching the flow state is not higher than 4.57m/s.At the same time,the maximum operating speed and normal operating speed of the material on the material layer of the grate cooler are calculated.It is proved that the probability of blowing through the material is generally large when the material is on the bed.The probability of a press.(3)The clinker is derived and calculated in the cooling process of the grate cooler,and the main factors affecting the clinker cooling in the grate cooler are found,and the thick grate cooler should not be controlled under the same condition.(4)The theory of heat exchange between hot clinker and cooling air is derived and calculated.Through calculation,it is found that the key factor that affects the amount of heat exchange is the porosity of the clinker,which can not control too high or too low porosity in production.It is too high to cause the material to blow through,cause the system wind short circuit,and the porosity is too low to cause the two wind to moderate three wind temperatures.High,but no amount,still can not reduce the system consumption.
