Medium density fiberboard is widely used as furniture and interior decoration materials.Development of mildew-resistant medium-density wood-based panel can improve the quality of living environment,extend the life of wood products,expand its scope of use,and improve the comprehensive utilization of wood materials has important value.In this paper,four kinds of fungicides were screened by agar dilution method and inhibition rate calculation method.The inhibitory effect of antifungal agent on Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride was studied,and the effect of adding fungicide on the performance of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive was also investigated.The effects of the types and addition of fungicides on the physical and chemical properties of medium density fiberboard were discussed.The main conclusions are as follows.1.Diatomia nanocomposite photocatalyst inhibited the growth of Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride;SR-A-103 and MKT 104 complex type antiplifying agent,introduced from Japan,salicylanilide and carbendazim and p-cumylphenol Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride growth have a good inhibitory effect,the inhibition rate can reach more than 99.4%.2.The addition of SR-A-103 and MKT 104 compound fungicide,salicylanilide and carbendazim and p-cumylphenol had little effect on the appearance and curing time of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive,the pH value of the adhesive was slightly decreased,and the viscosity increased slightly.By XRD,FTIR and TG test,the crystal structure and degradation characteristics of the adhesive were almost unchanged.The physicochemical properties were stable.3.When the addition ratio of SR-A-103 and MKT104 compound type fungicide was 1%,when the addition ratio of salicylanilide and carbendazim compound type mildew was 5.5%,the pressed mildew resistant medium density fiberboard Mechanical properties can meet the quality standard of indoor medium density fiberboard.When the addition ratio of P-cumylphenol was 2.5%,the physical and mechanical properties of the pressed mildew-resistant MDF can meet the quality standard of outdoor medium density fiberboard.4.When the addition ratio of SR-A-103 and MKT104 compound type fungicide was 1%,the addition ratio of p-cumylphenol was 2.5%,when the addition ratio of salicylanilide and carbendazim compound type mildew was 5.5%,the anti-mildew resistant MDF can be up to 0 grade standard, and the control effect of Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma viride can reach 100%.By scanning electron microscopy(SEM)testing,the suppression of mildew resistant MDF samples were no mold growth.Mildew addition of small proportion,non-toxic environmental protection,and does not affect the original MDF hot pressing process.
