Traditional inner partition wall panels have the disadvantages,such as high self-weight,poor durability and poor fire resistance,et al,which restrict the development of the prefabricated building.In this paper,the lightweight aggregate concrete for internal partition wall panels and its preparing technology were studied in order to solve some shortages exist in traditional inner partition wall panels,and provide technical support to fabricated buildingsIn this paper,flowable and porous lightweight aggregate concrete,grouting material and surface layer material are studied.The single inner partition wall panel is prepared from the flowable lightweigh aggregate concrete,and the composite inner partition wall panel is prepared by using the porous lightweight aggregate concrete as the core material and the grouting material to bond the core layer and the surface layer.The connection mode of flat mouth,Z-shaped interface and trapezoidal interface are designed,and the optimized combination is determined by experimental investigationTo the flowable lightweight aggregate concrete,with the scope of water to binder(W/B)raito 0.27?0.39,the higher W/B,the higher slump,When the sand ratio is 28.0%?34.0%,the dry density increases,but slump deceases with the increase of sand ratio.To the mineral admixtures,within the content of 40.0%?60.0%,the increase content of mineral admixtures have negative effect on compressive strength.The optimal mix proportion of flowable lightweight aggregate concrete is cement:slag:fly ash:sand:ceramsite:water=190:63:127:547:413:114,which 28d compressive strength is 17.0 MPa,and the dry density is 1571 kg/m3.To the porous lightweight aggregate concrete,the compressive strength and dry density of concrete decreases with the designed porosity 10%?30%of increases.With W/B of 0.13?0.21,the higher W/B,the lower dry density.Compressive strength of concrete decreases with the content of fly ash of 0.0%?20.0%,when the content of fly ash is 30.0%?40.0%,and that of slag is 10.0%?30.0%,to the composite mineral admixtures,with the ratio of slag and fly ash are 25.0%:5.0%?5.0%:25.0%,the dry density is lower.The optimal mix proportion of porous lightweight aggregate concrete is cement:slag:fly ash:ceramsite:water=292:62:62:498:71,which 28d compressive strength is 4.4 MPa.To the grouting material,when the W/B ratio is 0.24?0.32,with the W/B increases,the compressive strength decreases,but opposite to fluidity.with the binder to sand ratio(B/S)scope of 1.00:0.75?1.00:1.50,the compressive strength and fluidity decrease with increase of B/S.with the dosage of expanding agent of 1.5%?8.0%,expanding agent has positive affect to vertical expansion rate,but contrary to that of compressive strength.The optimal mix proportion of grouting material is cement:fly ash:slag:expansion agent:sand:water=1.00:0.13:0.13:0.02:1.27:0.36,initial fluidity is 390 mm,which 28d compressive strength is 62.9 MPa,vertical expansion ratio of 3h and 24h are 2.362%,2.792%respectivly.basis on the optimal mix proportion of grouting material,eliminate the expanding agent and reduce the content of superplasticizer.The mix proportion of surface layer material is cement:fly ash:slag:sand:water=1.00:0.13:0.13:1.25:0.35,and its 28d compressive strength is 88.9 MPa.The research shows that the heat transfer coefficient of the composite panel with 140 mm thick core layer and 5 mm thick surface layer is the smallest.The bending resistance,impact resistance and anti-hanging performance of single panel and composite panel meet the relevant standards.Z-shaped or trapezoidal interface has a better connection effect.The optimal inner partition wall panel is composite panel,which adopts the sectional structure of 140 mm thick core layer and 5 mm thick surface layer and the connection method of Z-shaped or trapezoidal,filling the joint with grouting material,and attaching the fiberglass mesh at the joint.
