This paper by using copper as raw material,using the method of NC turning machining production and manufacturing of metal fiber,metal fiber sintered plate by laser sintering technology,and study the influence of processing parameters on the microstructure characteristics of the fiber surface,and the study of laser sintering process parameters on sintering effect,combined with a new methanol steam reforming micro reactor for fiber diameter demand analysis of processing parameter optimization that required for machining metal fibre.The main contents of this paper are as follows :1.Experimental scheme design and equipment modificationInfluence of surface feature size parameter of the tool of metal fiber,and the design can realize the continuous production of fiber cutter size parameters required;transformation of laser sintering equipment,automatic laser sintering equipment of traditional laser welding machine with X and Y reconstruction movement direction,and is equipped with a servo motor and control module,and according to the characteristics of laser sintering equipment line sintering,film forming porous metal fiber plate device,this device solves the sintering plate removal after sintering is fiber plate deformation recovery shortcomings,and to improve the safety and accuracy of the experimental data,an increase of gas shield device and a water cooling system.2.Metal fibers Numerical Control cutting and microstructure characterizationEffect of lathe speed,cutting depth,research on CNC lathe automatic turning process of feeding speed on the surface of copper fiber;surface characteristics comparison of copper fiber using electron microscopy,using level set image segmentation algorithm for image processing,put forward a matching algorithm to establish the marginal surface roughness and numerical variance.Provide the basis for the realization of the parametric comparison of fiber surface roughness,according to the experimental data,the optimal processing parameters of machining with micro surface metal rich fiber structure required.3.Laser sintering and optimization of process parameters of metal fiber board.Analysis of the influence of laser sintered metal fiber board in laser power,scanning speed,scanning space,scanning path on the sintering effect by multi factor optimization method;optimal sintering parameters are obtained by using electron microscope to observe the contrast;and according to the experimental results are main factors affecting the sintering effect a nd secondary factors,and the ranking of factor.4.Mechanical property test of laser sintered plate.Through uniaxial tensile test on the mechanical strength of sintered plate,analysis of the influence of laser current,laser sintering process of the lase r pulse and the laser sintering rate on mechanical properties of sintered metal fiber board,and record for the experimental data of laser sintering parameters and technology for optimal performance.
