The electric heating wood based floor with built-in electrothermal layer is a product that combined heating materials with wood materials.As the main product,electric heating parquet built-in electrothermal layer has the problems of immature process,structural instability,low transfer efficiency and so on.We use carbon fiber paper as heating materials,which combined with wood materials to prepare electric heating parquet with built-in electrothermal layer.We analyzed electric heating floors' resistant changing and physicochemical properties to optimize the composite process.We not onlydiscuss the change rules of electrothermal floor substrate's heating rate,conversion efficiency,temperature evenness and so on with different structure but also introduce carbon heat conduction material to improve its heating efficiency and unevenness of surface temperature.The conclusions as follows:(1)Considering the bonding strength,moisture and heat resistance and resistance changing,we set parameter as 130?,6min,1.2MPa,100g/m2.(2)Under different structure and power density,it is found that electrothermal floor substrate's performance will be well when the input power density is 200 W/m2 and the carbon fiber paper is places on the surface.(3)After the introduction of graphite paper,the unevenness of surface temperature and heating efficiency was improved obviously.
