This paper considers the liquid collection engineering of ion-absorbed rare earth with in-situ leaching process as the research object.In view of the estimation of liquid yield of mother liquor during mining,field tests and research were carried out,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of the ion-absorbed rare earth.The mines,which taken one of the tunnel engineering or diversion hole engineering as the method of mother liquid collecting,as the research background.According to the characteristics of two kinds of liquid collecting engineering,the corresponding test was arranged.By burying several pore water pressure meters,the pore water pressure in the surrounding soil of the tunnel and diversion hole was monitored,and the mother liquid collection monitor was conducted in the monitoring area;Based on the measured data and related theory,the liquid yield under the condition of tunnel and diversion hole were estimated,Obtaining the physical properties and strength parameters of the ore body from the test site,Geo Studio numerical simulation software was used to calculate the relationship between liquid-collecting engineering and slope stability of the test mine.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In the mining area,the tunnel engineering was tested.Combined with the test data,the liquid yield is estimated by empirical formula method,groundwater dynamics method and analytical method.The research shown that the Goodman empirical formula could be used to estimate the maximum liquid yield of the tunnel,and the Koskakov formula could be used to estimate the regular liquid yield of the tunnel.(2)In the mining area,the diversion hole engineering was tested,Combined with the test data,through theoretical deduction and analysis,the results shown that the analytical solution could be used to estimate the liquid yield of the diversion hole.(3)Geo Studio software was used to simulate the relationship between the liquid collecting engineering and slope stability.The analysis shown that in No.7 mine,when the distance between tunnel within 7 to 16 m,mine remain stable;In No.4 mine,when the distance between the liquid collecting engineering of diversion hole within 0.5 to 2 m,the stability of the mine was good.The simulation results also shown that reasonable layout of liquid collecting engineering can play a role in maintaining mine stability and releasing pressure for mine.
