With the improvement of people's quality of life,great changes have taken place in building materials,decoration materials,household materials and consumer goods needed in the indoor environment,resulting in more and more serious indoor air pollution and organic pollution is the main cause of poor indoor air quality,which leads to people's strong attention.People spend most of their time indoors,and the residential environment is one of the indoor environments where people stay for the longest time every day.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the organic pollution in residential indoor air.In this thesis,typical organic pollution including formaldehyde,TVOC,PAEs,PAHs and PBDEs in residential indoor air in Hangzhou were sampled simultaneously,and their concentration levels and pollution characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the concentration levels of various pollutants in residential indoor air in Hangzhou show the trend of TVOC>benzene>formaldehyde>PAEs>PAHs>PBDEs,and VOCs have the highest contribution.On this basis,this thesis has evaluated the exposure value and carcinogenic risk of indoor air in different age and sex groups,revealing that the carcinogenic risk of women is lower than that of men,and the carcinogenic risk of boys aged 2-3 is at the highest level.Finally,in order to further study the human exposure,the sampling and analysis methods of 15 kinds of PAEs in the urine were established and optimized.Then we analyze the concentration levels and exposure risks of 15 PAEs in human urine,and find that the risk of PAEs exposure in human body exists objectively.The total concentration of PAEs in ambient air is basically the same as the total concentration of PAEs in urine,which indicates that inhalation exposure is an important way of PAEs exposure.In this thesis,we had collecedt typical VOCs and SVOCs simultaneously in residential indoor air in Hangzhou,and comprehensively analyzes the concentration levels,pollution characteristics and health risks of typical VOCs and SVOCs,thus enriching and improving the database of organic pollutants,providing data reference and support for the improvement of indoor air quality standards and risk assessment of organic pollution in China as well.In this thesis,the detection and analysis of PAEs in human urine provides methodological support and scientific reference for further improving the risk assessment,pollution control and establishment of relevant environmental quality standards for indoor PAEs.
