With the development of Zizhou gas field in recent years,some gas wells have obvious water production phenomenon.At present,according to the practice of "low production and small water quantity" gas well in this gas area for many years,the drainage gas production technology is formed,which is supplemented by foam drainage gas production,velocity pipe string,plunger gas lift and gas lift return production,etc.,and the field effect is good.However,it is difficult to achieve effect on "low production and large amount of water" gas wells.With the increase of liquid gas wells and the increase of water production,the productivity of some production wells has been greatly reduced or even stopped,which seriously restricts the development of gas fields.Through field practice,it is found that the original drainage gas production technology is no longer suitable for "low production and high water quantity" gas wells,so it is urgent to seek new drainage technology measures for this kind of gas wells.In this paper,taking Y29 well area of Zizhou gas field as the research object,the practice and optimization of mechanical drainage technology in Zizhou gas field are carried out by using the relevant theories and methods of gas reservoir engineering and oil and gas production engineering on the basis of geological research.Firstly,based on the geological data of gas reservoir and the related theories of development geology,the petrological characteristics,physical properties,sand body distribution and structural characteristics of Shan2 reservoir in Y29 well area are studied in this paper.Based on the geological research results and the characteristics of gas reservoir development,the outlet water source of gas well is divided by the discriminant method of gas well effluent source.On this basis,the water production mechanism of gas well and the main control factors of formation water enrichment and distribution are analyzed.The distribution characteristics of formation water are obtained.According to the time of gas well water seeing,gas well production and water-gas ratio,the moving direction of gas well formation water and the latest leading edge position of gas and water are judged according to the reservoir characteristics.Secondly,according to the needs of strong drainage in gas field,through the comparison of common mechanical drainage technology,the beam pumping pump is selected.In the process implementation,the hollow sucker rod is selected as the sucker rod,and the swabbing parameters and sucker rod of the pumping unit are designed according to the design method of pumping unit discharge and production.According to the strength checking method of sucker rod,the strength of sucker rod is checked by Visual Basic6.0 software.Finally,the feasibility of compound production of pumping-hollow sucker rod is demonstrated,and the integrated drainage gas production scheme of pumping-hollow sucker rod of natural gas well rig is put forward.The results show that the main outlet types of gas wells in Y29 well area are edge water.The distribution characteristics of formation water are mainly transverse continuous and local enrichment.The direction of water body movement is from the low part of the strata to the northeast of the high part,and the drainage is seriously low at the present stage.Through the comparative analysis of the water treatment scheme of beam pumping unit drainage technology,the implementation of the scheme makes the gas well change from non-production to intermittent production,slows down the speed of water body movement,weakens the water body energy,and increases the production of surrounding wells significantly.The application of machine pumping and drainage gas production technology provides a powerful guarantee for the efficient development of gas fields,and also provides a reference for the development of similar gas fields.
