Anammox process,as a new type of denitrification process,has been widely conceemed in the treatment of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater.However,due to the slow growth of anammox bacteria,low cell yield and strict requirements on the operation conditions of the process,its application in engineering is greatly limited.Tourmaline has electric polarxty and permanent spontaneous polarization effect,can reduce water molecular association degree,reduce water molecular clusters,promote cell absorption and use,improve the utilization rate of microorganisms,enhance the growth of slow microbial metabolism.In addition,tourmaline can also automatically polarize the aqueous solution,automatically adjust the pH value of the water environment,produce a variety of biological effects.Of this study is to improve the anaerobic ammonia oxidation process for high ammonia nitrogen wastewater denitrificatjon treatment effect,to the introduction of the tourmaline anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction system,the research of anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge physical,biochemical characteristics and pollutant removal characteristics,establishment of tourmaline reaction kinetics model of anaerobic ammonia oxidation system;explore the tourmaline strengthening the reinforcement mechanism of the anaerobic ammonia oxidation.The following research results were obtained:(1)Toumialine can adjust the pH of the aqueous solution to be weakly alkaline,and the adjustment strength of pH increases with the increase of tourmaline dosage.Under different pH conditions,the addition of tourmaline increased the dehydrogenase activity of anamlox bacteria.Under the action of tourmaline,the maximum degradation rates of nitrlte and ammonia nitrogen increased from 1.16kg N/(kgVSS·d)and 0.92kg N/(kgVSS·d)to 2.16kg N/(kgVSS·d)and 1.85kg N/(kgVSS·d),respectively.The inhibition constants of nitrite and ammonia nitrogen on anammox increased from 6.52mmol/L and 376.51 mlol/L to 54.02mmol/L and 835.32lmol/L.However,the semi-saturation and constant of anammox to nitrite and ammonia nitrogen decreased from 4.81 mimol/L and 5.41 mlol/L to 2.51 mlol/L and 2.57 mmol/L,respectively.(2)Tourmaline can promote the growth and metabolism of anammox bacteria,improve the activity of anammox bacteria,but it is not conducive to the granulation of anammox sludge.The panicle size of most sludge(82.5%)in the tourmaline enhanced anammox system ranged from 150 to 450 ?m,with an average particle size of 243.1 ?m.In the analmox system,90%of the sludge particle size is less than 900 ?m,and the average particle size is 452.5?m.84/5000 The tourmaline enhanced anammox system was started after 1 12 days,12 days ahead of the ordinary anammox system.With the increase of nitrogen load,the operation of tourmaline strengthened anammox system is more stable than that of common anammox system.(3)Nitrogen removal efficiency of biological reaction system loaded with tourmaline polyurethane filler can reach 85.5%,corresponding nitrogen load is between 3.8?17.6 kg N/(m3·d),anammox reaction rate is 1:1.31:0.16.When the concentration of nitrite nitrogen in water reaches 271.2?314 mg/L,the activity of anammox bacteria will be inhibited,affecting the anamnox reaction rate and reducing the removal efficiency of nitrogen.(4)Kinetic studies show that tourmaline can significantly improve the anammox reaction process under relatively high influent nitrogen load.Compared with the increase of water and nitrogen load,the conmon anaerobic ammonia oxidation system of anaerobic ammonia oxidation activity of 8.53 mg N/(g VSS h.),anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge yield coefficient of 0.1984,tourmaline improved anaerobic ammonia oxidation system of anaerobic ammonia oxidation activity reached 12.87 mg N/(g VSS h.),corresponding to the anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge yield coefficient is 0.2608,tourmaline improved anaerobic ammonia oxidation system has higher substrate removal performance.
