The double-acting injection type hydraulic impactor is an impact drilling device applied to a hard formation.This paper discusses the theoretical research and practical application status of hydraulic shock absorbers at home and abroad,and uses the practical application configuration of double-acting injection-type hydraulic impactor designed and produced by this unit as a requirement,combining theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and actual field test.The data analysis gives a definite parameter configuration for the application of the hydraulic impactor in a formation in the Mahu Sag.In this paper,the working principle of the hydraulic shock equipment is analyzed and studied.The dynamic model of the double-acting liquid suction impactor and the analysis of the force are established.The main configuration influencing the actual application of the hydraulic impactor is determined.Parameters and process parameters.By using FLUENT15.0software,combined with ICEM CFD software,the internal flow channel of the hydraulic impactor is modeled and meshed,and finally numerical analysis is carried out to obtain the alternating pressure difference and impactor of the internal flow channel of the impactor.The relationship between the startup parameters.The lithology of the Triassic stratigraphic section of the Mahu Sag is applied to the rock fragmentation analysis of the hydraulic impactor.The fracture modes and related parameters of several 6~7 grade rocks in the stratum are analyzed.Finally,several important performance parameters of the impactor are obtained by combining the unit hydraulic impactor test rig,and the specific configuration method for using the double-acting injection-type hydraulic impactor in the Triassic strata of the Mahu sag is determined in turn.The actual application effect on the site proves that the parameter configuration can play a certain speed-up drilling effect.
