| There are oil and gas chemical corrosion,third party intervention and pipeline burst in long-distance oil-faucet.Therefore,the multifunctional natural gas emergency block valve controller is researched in order to avoid dangerous accidents.And the working principle of the multifunctional natural gas emergency block valve controller is discussed.The structure and function of the piston control valve,the two-position four-way connecting valve and the manual reset valve are analyzed.In this paper,the working process of emergency block and rapid opening of the emergency block valve controller are studied.According to the structure and principle of the emergency block valve controller,the physical-mathematical model of the system is established,including the emergency block physical model,the quick-opening physical model,the hydraulic dynamics system model,the mechanical structure model,the system of differential equation,and the transfer.Through AMESIM software,the hydraulic dynamic system simulation of piston control valve model,two-position four-way connection valve model and manual reset valve model is carried out,and the dynamic response of controller valve core in time domain is analyzed.The differential equation of the system is solved analytically by MATLAB software,and the dynamic response of valve core in time domain is analyzed.Compared the consistency of the model simulation with that of numerical solution of the valve core of the controller,it provides a theoretical support for the reliability of the emergency block valve controller.The dynamic performance test of the device is carried out,the test results of the dynamic performance of the device are analyzed.The test results show that the emergency block valve controller can control the emergency block work stably and quickly.It establishes a practical foundation for the feasibility of emergency block valve controller. |
