Surface plasma resonance?SPR?and local surface plasma resonance?LSPR?are the key research directions of intelligent sensing and micro-nano technology.Sensors based on these two technologies usually have high detection sensitivity and strong anti-electromagnetic interference characteristics,which are widely used in the field of detection at present.The coupling of LSPR and SPR electromagnetic fields will generate a large electromagnetic field,which can enhance SPR signal.Through the construction of appropriate noble metal nanoparticle model,the organic combination of SPR and LSPR is realized,and the advantages of the two technologies are complementary.In this paper,the angular modulation prism coupling SPR sensor was developed by using metal oxide materials and nanomaterials,and the detection performance and optical integrated device design of metal micro-nano structure were optimized.Based on the surface plasmon theory,SPR sensor theoretical model of metal column-dielectric column-metal thin film structure is constructed and simulated by FDTD algorithm.Data processing and analysis with Origin software;The influence of gold and silver on the sensing performance was studied.Based on the new model of micro-nano structure and gold and silver dual materials,the design of high sensitivity and high quality factor SPR sensor is realized.By comparing the single-layer thin film SPR sensor with the new model structure SPR sensor,the feasibility of strengthening SPR by noble metal nanomaterial LSPR was verified.The main work of this paper is as follows:?1?Based on the basic theory of surface plasmon exciton,plasma?SP?,surface plasma resonance?SPR?and local surface plasma resonance?LSPR?are introduced,and the advantages of LSPR micro-nano structure are proposed to make up for the shortcomings of traditional SPR sensors.SPR sensor principle,coupling mode and modulation mode are described.SPR sensor with prism coupling and Angle modulation is designed.?2?Use FDTD algorithm to select the optimal prism material and incident wavelength,namely SF10 prism and the monochromatic light of 740nm.The parameters of the single-layer gold film SPR sensor were optimized,and the sensitivity was 58.9°/RIU,the quality factor FOM was 2.909deg-1,and the quality factor Q was 178.5RIU-1.?3?A sensor model coupled with LSPR and SPR is designed,which is composed of a single gold film,SiO2 dielectric cylinder and top gold cylinder.The sensitivity is 75°/RIU,the quality factor FOM is 3.392deg-1,and the quality factor Q is 264.08 RIU-1.By comparing the performance parameters of single layer gold film SPR sensor,the effect of noble metal nanometer material LSPR on SPR enhancement is verified.?4?FDTD was used to analyze the influence of gold and silver on the sensing performance.The sensitivity was 127.2°/RIU,the quality factor FOM was 3.716deg-1,and the quality factor Q was 485.5 RIU-1,which improved the sensing performance of the composite material.In the end,the thesis is summarized and the future research direction is put forward.To further improve the sensitivity and quality factor of SPR sensor and improve the monitoring efficiency of biomolecules.
