Due to the opening of the domestic second-child policy and the aging of the population,the demand for diapers is growing.The unique properties of nonwovens make them the best materials for making diapers.Ultrasonic welding machine is a new situation in modern industrial welding.It can effectively improve production efficiency,improve energy utilization rate and reduce product failure rate.It has become the main way of diaper sealing.It is of great significance to carry out research on the key technologies of non-woven diaper ultrasonic sealing machine and design and develop a non-woven diaper ultrasonic sealing machine with independent intellectual property rights.This topic firstly analyzes the ultrasonic sealing temperature field according to the actual size of the non-woven diaper,and then designs the ultrasonic sealing mechanism of several different non-woven diapers according to the actual size and technology of the existing ultrasonic welding machine.Program.The ultrasonic sealing mechanism is mainly composed of an ultrasonic generator,a horn,a welding head,a tensioning device,a slider mechanism and the like.The three-dimensional modeling of the non-woven diaper ultrasonic sealing machine was completed by Solidworks software.The ultrasonic system is the core component of the whole ultrasonic welding machine.It consists of an ultrasonic generator,a horn and a welding head.Its main function is to transform the electrical signal into a UHF vibration through a series of transformations.For the collaborative work of various actuators,combined with the production process of non-woven diapers,carefully design the main components.Abandon the cam to avoid a large impact force at high speed to achieve a fast and impact-free sealing of the machine.Using ANSYS finite element simulation,static analysis of key components such as shafts and brackets was carried out and optimized.On the basis of ensuring the technical requirements such as sealing quality,the size and quality of parts are reduced.
