The Predicament And Prospect Of The Legal System Of Ecological Environment Restoration

Nowadays,with the development of society and economy,people are increasingly pursuing economic development while ignoring the protection of the ecological environment.The pollution of the ecological environment has seriously affected people's normal life and the further development of society.For a long time,people always develop economy at the expense of ecological environment.This old road is no longer applicable to today's society,and it is not in line with the concept of sustainable development.Because people have been following the old road of development first and then treatment,the current ecological environment problems in our country are quite serious.A series of problems,such as air pollution,water pollution,land pollution,marine pollution and so on,are shocking.People are always alerted that ecological environment problems must be taken as the main problem to solve.Nowadays,the problem of ecological environment is no longer simply affecting the fundamental interests of the parties concerned,but also affecting the common interests of the whole society.It has attracted the attention of all sectors of society from the top down and made joint efforts to build an ecological civilization society.Therefore,the treatment of ecological environment pollution and the restoration of damaged ecological environment are urgent problems to be solved in our country.However,the restoration of ecological environment is not a simple pollution treatment,it has its comprehensive and technical nature,and will encounter many obstacles in the process of restoration practice.Therefore,when carrying out ecological environment restoration,we must have its legal procedures and strict norms,so it seems urgent to improve the legal system of ecological environment restoration.Firstly,the paper clarifies the relevant concepts of the legal system of ecological environment restoration,and then summarizes the current research status of the legal system of environmental restoration at home and abroad.Our experts and scholars are increasingly studying the legal system,but it is not difficult to find that foreign research on this legal system is earlier than our country,and the relevant content is more comprehensive.On the basis of empirical analysis of China's legal system of ecological environment restoration,this paper analyses the main problems and shortcomings of China's legal system,and then analyses the beneficial experience of typical foreign countries,combining with China's national conditions and drawing lessons from its relevant provisions.On this basis,from the aspects of the main body,objectives,responsibilities and the operation of responsibilities,the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the legal system of environmental restoration.
