Aviation fire emergency rescue is an important part in the aviation safety operations,which plays a critical role.With the rapid growth of the China airline passenger,the pressure of aviation safety is increased and the risk of flight accidents is higher.As the emergency center of flight accident rescue,aviation fire emergency rescue is directly related to the effect of flight accident emergency rescue.At the same time,the foam fire extinguishing agent is a key resource for fire-fighting of aircraft accidents.However,there is a lack of research on the efficiency of foam extinguishing agent for airport fire rescue equipment in China.In order to improve its fire-fighting efficiency,this paper studied the fire-fighting efficiency of the aqueous film-forming foam?AFFF?,with the changing expansion.In this paper,we use the flow rate of foam solution?3.0L/min-5.0L/min?and the size of nozzle caliber?1.0cm-3.0cm?as the experimental variable to measure the expansion,25%drainage time,distance of spraying and uniformity of the foam.Based on the experimental data,this paper will draw a conclusion on how the different flow rates and the different sizes of nozzle caliber influenced the fire-fighting efficiency.Within a certain range,the results showed that as the flow rate of foam increases:?1?the expansion becomes larger;?2?25%drainage time is extended;?3?the distance of spraying becomes larger and?4?the uniformity of foam becomes better.As the size of nozzle caliber increases:?1?the expansion becomes larger first,and finally keeps stable;?2?25%drainage time extended first,and finally tends to be stable;?3?the distance of spraying becomes larger and?4?the uniformity of foam becomes better.Within the effective range of the flow rate of foam solution,least square method was used to fit the relationship between expansion and the size of nozzle caliber,and the quadratic function is E=1+22+3.According to the measured data,we can also find that adjusting the flow rate of foam solution and the size of nozzle caliber within a certain range can improve the foam performance.For the sake of data integrity,this paper selects the different size of nozzle caliber and flow rate of foam solution to verify the foam fire extinguishing experiments.The results showed that:?1?When the flow rate of foam solution was 3.0 L/min,the foam would not extinguish fire as the diameter of foam gun increased.?2?When the flow rate of foam solution was 3.9L/min,the foam fire extinguishing time is gradually shortened as the diameter of foam gun increased.In conclusion,adjusting the flow rate of foam solution and the size of nozzle caliber within a certain range can effectively improve the expansion,25%drainage time,distance of spraying and uniformity of foam.What's more,this study can improve the capabilities of airport fire emergency rescue.
