With the concept of ecological civilization construction in China,energy-saving emission reduction and low-carbon environmental protection have been listed as the top priority.The drawbacks of traditional cast-in-place buildings have become increasingly prominent and cannot fully meet the needs of society.The arrival of an aging society has prompted the construction industry to quickly With the development of industrialization and the arrival of the information age,the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry has also been promoted.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a prefabricated building that meets the needs of social and industrial development.In the development of China's construction industry,the ready-mixed cast-in-place concrete technical system is widely used.The realization of the prefabricated building is still based on the premixed cast-in-place concrete.The effective and integrated modern building technology will also be more academically explored.Many eyes are placed on new materials suitable for fabricated components,and there are few other studies.The lack of research on the design and preparation process of fabricated concrete materials restricts the overall development of fabricated buildings.Because the preparation process and construction method of prefabricated concrete members and premixed cast-in-place concrete members are quite different,new requirements are put forward for concrete materials and properties.The previous literature search shows that domestic experts and scholars have studied the structure and construction methods of fabricated components,but there are few studies on the selection of concrete raw materials,the setting of steaming system and the performance index of concrete.Therefore,it is practical to carry out research on this topic.On the basis of literature search and field investigation,this paper adopted experimental research and numerical simulation methods,took C40 concrete as an example,and conducted a series of studies on the concrete material design and steaming and curing process of prefabricated concrete members by changing the performance index,composition material and steaming and curing process parameters of concrete.The main results are as follows:(1)Comprehensively analyze the source and use status of concrete raw materials in China at present,and combine the results of experimental investigation to propose the selection principle of suitable concrete materials for fabricated components,and select suitable varieties;(2)By changing the parameters of steaming process such as static stop time,heating rate,constant temperature,constant temperature and cooling time,the performance and strength of the same proportion of concrete under different steaming processes were studied,and reasonable steaming parameters were discussed;(3)According to the characteristics of the preparation process and construction technology of the prefabricated concrete members,taking the resources and energy as the starting point,through theoretical analysis and experimental research,the fluidity,setting time and strength(including the strength grade and steaming release strength)of the fabricated component concrete are discussed.And the new changes and regularities of performance indicators such as post-autotrophic strength and deformation,and propose a reasonable range of values;(4)Using ANSYS finite element simulation method,combined with numerical analysis results,the temperature field,stress field and strain field of concrete test block under steaming and autotrophic systems were simulated to explore the temperature inside and outside the concrete test block under steaming system.,stress and strain distribution law,compare the difference of concrete physics field performance under two kinds of maintenance systems,and provide basis for rational design of fabricated component concrete materials and maintenance system process.
