ASA composite is a melt blend of Acrylonitrile,Styrene,and Acrylate,which has the properties of rigidity,high weather resistance and easy dyeing.PVC is widely used in the fields of plastic materials.In this paper,the influence of ASA content on the performance of ASA/PVC composites was studied.Then,three kinds of mineral fillers,microcrystalline muscovite,nano-calcium carbonate and talc powder were selected and filled with 5wt%,10wt%and 15wt%,respectively in the ASA/PVC composites.The effects of inorganic particles and content on the properties of ASA/PVC were studied to find the best packing formula.The ASA/PVC wood-plastic composites of eucalyptus,poplar wood,bamboo flour,reed and rice husk wood fiber were also studied in this paper,and the wood-plastic composites with the best overall performance were obtained.The main conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1)The analysis of the ASA/PVC composites filled with different ASA content(40wt%,50wt%,60wt%,70wt%)showed that:the tensile strength and flexural strength of ASA/PVC composites increased with the increase of ASA content,and the composites with ASA content of 40wt%were 24.35MPa and 33.87MPa respectively.The elongation at break of ASA/PVC composites decreases with the increase of ASA content.When the ASA content was 40wt%,the elongation at break was 62.86%.The moisture absorption and water absorption of ASA/PVC composites increased with the increase of PVC content.The water absorption and equilibrium moisture absorption rate of ASA/PVC composites with ASA content of 40wt%were 0.17%and 0.1237%respectively,which were 43.14%and 62.37%lower than that of the composites with the highest properties,respectively.The thermal expansion coefficient of composites increases with the increase of ASA content,and the CLTE of ASA/PVC composites with ASA content of 40wt%was 25.49%lower than that of ASA content 70wt%.The initial weight loss temperature and residual weight of the composites decreased with the increase of ASA content in the first and second stages of the composites,indicating that the ASA/PVC composites with ASA content of 40wt%had the best heat resistance.(2)The analysis of the ASA/PVC composites filled with different microcrystalline muscovite content(5wt%,10wt%,15wt%)showed that:the tensile strength and flexural strength of muscovite-ASA/PVC composites increased first and then decreased with the increase of muscovite content.The tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites with the content of 5wt%was highest,which were 24.35MPa and 37.22MPa.The water absorption of the composites showed a decreasing trend with the increase of Muscovite content,and the water absorption rate of the composites with the content of 15wt%was 0.1034%.The moisture absorption rate of the composites was consistent with the water absorption,and the moisture absorption rate of the composites with the content of 50wt%was 0.1715%.The thermal expansion properties of ASA/PVC composites was improved by muscovite,and the thermal expansion coefficient was the lowest when the content was 10wt%.The initial temperature and the final residual weight of the ASA/PVC composites with the content of 5wt%in the second stage of Muscovite were the highest 431.6? and 37.23%respectively,and the heat resistance is the best.(3)The analysis of the ASA/PVC composites filled with different nano-calcium carbonate content(5wt%,10wt%,15wt%)showed that:The tensile strength of ASA/PVC composites with the content of calcium carbonate was 5wt%,which is 23.2MPa.The flexural strength of ASA/PVC composites with the content of calcium carbonate Owt%is 33.88MPa.The addition of calcium carbonate could significantly reduce the flexural strength of ASA/PVC composites.The water absorption rate of the composite material with calcium carbonate content of 5wt%was the lowest,which was 0.0854%.The moisture absorption rate of the composites was the same as that of the water absorption.The moisture absorption rate of the composites with the content of calcium carbonate was the lowest,which was 0.1598%.The addition of calcium carbonate can reduce the thermal expansion coefficient of the composites and the composite content of calcium carbonate content of Owt%The coefficient of thermal expansion was the lowest,70.245×10-6/?.The initial temperature and final residual weight of ASA/PVC composites with calcium carbonate content of 15wt%were the highest,which are at the temperature of 268.6?,407.4? and 28.31%,respectively.(4)The analysis of the ASA/PVC composites filled with different talc powder content(5wt%,10wt%,15wt%)showed that:the tensile strength and the flexural strength of ASA/PVC composites with the talc content of 15wt%are 26.98MPa and 45.26MPa respectively.The water absorption and moisture absorption of the composites with the talc content of 15wt%were the lowest,0.1154%and 0.1393%,respectively.Talc powder could reduce the thermal expansion coefficient of composite materials,the content of 15wt%composite materials was the smallest,56.197×10-6/?.The initial temperature and final residual weight of ASA/PVC composites with the talc content of 10wt%are 268.9?,393.1? and 29.97%respectively,and the heat resistance is the best.(5)The analysis of the ASA/PVC composites filled with different lignocellulose(eucalyptus,poplar,reed,bamboo,rice husk)showed that:the tensile strength and flexural strength of eucalyptus fiber-ASA/PVC composites were the highest,which are 34.52MPa and 56.44MPa respectively.The water absorption rate of eucalyptus fiber-ASA/PVC composites is the lowest,which was 0.99%.Poplar fiber-ASA/PVC composites had the lowest moisture absorption rate of 1.2186%.The initial temperature of the Eucalyptus fiber-ASA/PVC composites was the highest at two weight loss stages,which were 262.7? and 392.4?,respectively.The residual weight rate is moderate which was about 25.36%.So the heat resistance was relatively good.
