In the process of petroleum exploitation,wax deposition on oil wells and production equipment will have a certain degree of impact on the production operation.Serious problems will lead to sucker rod fracture,wax sticking of pumps,blockage of oil pipelines and so on,which will directly affect the efficiency of oil recovery and operation safety.In view of the above problems,the thermal washing method of well washing fluid is widely used to clean oil wells and production equipment in China.However,unreasonable parameters such as temperature,flow rate and pressure of well washing fluid in the process of well washing will lead to waste of resources and unqualified quality of well washing.Therefore,it is urgent to develop an instrument which can real-time detect the main parameters of well-flushing fluid.According to the test results,the parameters of well-flushing fluid can be adjusted in the optimum range in real time,which is conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of well-cleaning.In this paper,a multi-parameter detector for oil well cleaning is developed,which can real-time detect the temperature,flow rate,pressure and equipment current of well-flushing fluid.It provides technical support for optimizing relevant work of well-flushing operation,and has good theoretical research significance and practical application value.In this paper,according to the oil field environment and measurement requirements,consulting the relevant information,the accuracy,reliability and price of the sensors are comprehensively analyzed.Finally,PT100 temperature sensor,electromagnetic vortex flow sensor and diffusion silicon pressure sensor are selected.Then,the whole instrument is composed of hardware circuit and mechanical shell.In order to improve the anti-jamming ability of the measurement system and solve the problem of instrumental instability,this paper compares several filtering algorithms from the angles of accuracy,real-time and algorithm complexity,and finally chooses the wavelet threshold filtering algorithm to filter the measurement signal.In order to further improve the accuracy of the measurement system,this paper compares several compensation algorithms from the angles of accuracy,complexity and the amount of data needed,and finally chooses cubic spline interpolation to compensate the non-linearity of the sensor.In this paper,three levels of experiments are designed: first,the wavelet threshold filtering algorithm and the cubic spline interpolation algorithm are simulated by MATLAB software;then,the preliminary experiments are carried out in the laboratory of ChangChun SPR New Technology Co.,Ltd;and finally,the field experiments are carried out in XinMin Oil Production Plant of SongYuan City.The experimental results show that the instrument designed inthis paper meets the requirements of practical application.Multi-parameter detector for oil well cleaning designed in this paper has a unique mechanical shell,which makes it easy to disassemble and carry,and has a certain impact resistance.By integrating the measurement system,the instrument can resist corrosion and wear,and can store a large amount of data.The instrument designed in this paper uses a series of signal processing technology to make it have high reliability,high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
