| In recent years,with the continuous development of modern urbanization in Handan and its surrounding areas,a considerable amount of construction waste has been produced,which has the resource conditions for producing recycled concrete aggregate.In this experiment,recycled aggregate made from Handan Quanyou Ecological Building Materials processing Plant,crushed pebbles and steel slag produced in the surrounding area were used to make steel slag-gravel recycled concrete,steel slag and pebble to replace recycled coarse aggregate in proportion.The tests on slump,compression,splitting and tensile resistance,bending resistance and dry shrinkage deformation of concrete are carried out.In this paper,the development history and development trend of recycled concrete at home and abroad are briefly described.Secondly,the physical characteristics of the aggregate used in the test,as well as the mix ratio parameters,are introduced.Taking ordinary concrete as control group,this paper introduces the improvement of working property,mechanical property and deformation property by replacing recycled aggregate with steel slag and gravel aggregate.The three factors of the experiment were fly ash(5%,10%,15%),steel slag(10%,20%,30%)and pebbles(10%,20%,30%).Fly ash and steel were studied.The influence of slag and pebbles on the slump strength and dry shrinkage of recycled concrete under different dosage and the optimum mix ratio are determined.It can be seen from the experimental results that the performance of recycled concrete can be greatly improved by adding steel slag and pebbles,and the performance of recycled concrete can be close to or even better than that of ordinary concrete.At the same time,it can reduce the cost of the project and solve the problems of waste steel slag polluted land and a large number of unused pebble resources.It is not only beneficial to protect the environment but also can bring economic benefits.The study on the improvement of recycled concrete has a great prospect of application.The results of this experiment have certain reference significance. |
