Water inflow is not only one of the important indicators to classify the hydrogeological types of coal mines and evaluate the technical conditions of coal mining,but also the main basis for draining design scheme and determining the production capacity of the mine.Relatively accurate prediction of water inflow can not only save money,but also avoid the occurrence of mine water hazards effectively.The coal resources are rich in Inner Mongolia,less difficult to exploit.The coalfields are relatively rich in groundwater resources,which has a greater impact on coal seam mining.Therefore,this paper chooses a mine field in Inner Mongolia as the research object.It is concluded that the main water-filling source of 8 coal seam is the confined roof aquifer of Yan'an Formation by analyzing the mine water filling conditions.Analytic Hierarchy Process and GIS software are used to analyze the water-rich of the main water-filling aquifer in the 8 coal seam.It is concluded that the middle aquifer in this mining area is rich in water and has great influence on coal seam mining,so it is necessary to forecast the water inflow.GMS groundwater numerical simulation software was used to establish the three-dimensional geological model of the studied.The main water-filling aquifer of 8 coal seam are generalized into heterogeneous and anisotropic aquifers,and the permeability coefficient of the studied is divided into five zones according to the difference method.The numerical simulation of water inflow of8 coal is carried out by using GMS software.The numerical prediction results show that the water inflow of 8 coal is 270.833 m~3/h.Compared with the big well method and hydrogeological analogy method,the numerical method is more accurate.The numerical simulation results show that the aquifer in the roof of 8 coal is an aquifer with medium water inflow.The aquifer needs to be dropped before exploitation.It should be concluded that the aquifer is an easily dropped aquifer by calculating the ratio of water inflow and water level drawdown.
