Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,has become the world's second largest economy,China's rapid economic development at the same time,the environment has caused varying degrees of pollution,some areas of environmental problems are increasingly serious,has to the point of governance.Environment is the carrier of human survival and life,so we must pay attention to environmental protection in order to make human development more meaningful and long-term.In the process of economic development,we should pay attention to the coordination and overall planning with the natural environment,so as to achieve sustainable development.China's economic development,the driving role of transport facilities play an important role,China in recent years in the construction of transport investment has increased greatly,highway,railway and high-speed railway investment increased year by year.The construction of railway can promote the development of regional economy,but it will also bring some negative effects.Therefore,how to amplify the positive effects of railway and reduce the negative effects is a subject worthy of our in-depth study.Railway construction can shorten the passage time of the region,but the layout and trend of railway lines may affect the stability of the whole natural and ecological system.Railway line selection can solve some fundamental problems and is also a scientific and systematic project.At present,the railway route selection in the form of relatively single,the share of economic indicators is larger,with the environment as the evaluation index,but were weighted and smaller,plans to build along the line and the integrity of the regional ecological environment and harmonious sex not considerate,even in along the railroad on ecological caused serious damage.Railway construction has a long time,large investment,covers an area of more than great,external environment influence,in order to avoid disadvantages,the new railway is fully demonstrated in line selection,comprehensive technical,economic,natural environment,external conditions and factors such as ease of construction,on the basis of the protection of the environment as large railway should be utilized to promote social development and the local economy.In this paper,the route selection of a planned new railway in hebei province was analyzed,and specific indicators were selected from the aspects of natural environment,social environment,economic environment and technical characteristics.Statistical analysis and threshold method were used to quantify the indicators,so as to establish the index evaluation system of green line selection scheme.Finally,the evaluation method of artificial neural network is used to establish the mathematical model,calculate the evaluation scores of several alternative routes and compare them to select the optimal route scheme.To embody the combination of railway construction in the new era with ecological civilization and green development,so as to promote the sustainable development of railway construction.
