It is generally accepted that prefabricated buildings are superior to traditional buildings in terms of environmental impact, but few quantitative studies have proved this point,so it is particularly important to quantify the environmental impact of industrial buildings. The life cycle assessment method,as an environmental assessment method that can quantify the environmental impact of the whole construction stage of collecting, transporting, distributing and disposing of raw materials, has become the basic idea to solve this problem. The main research contents are as follows:The first is to construct an environmental impact assessment model covering the industrial construction of building materials, transportation, component production, construction site construction, and the completion stage of industrialization.By comparing the design standards of the relevant industrial buildings, the design standards of the atlas and the traditional cast-in-place buildings, and the atlas, the difference between the construction engineering consumption quota of the industrialized buildings and the traditional cast-in-place construction investment is obtained.Quantitative calculation of the life cycle inventory through the Ecoinvent database. The life cycle environmental impact assessment of the building phase is carried out by the ReCiPe method, and the above evaluation model is verified by actual cases. The second is to analyze and optimize the impact of industrial building environment based on multi-case analysis methods.First, the evaluation model is applied to the selected two actual industrial construction projects. It is found that different types of components have different sensitivity to environmental influences, and the environmental impact of horizontal components is superior to that of vertical members.According to the results of literature analysis, the influencing factors of three atlas quotas were determined and optimized, which are the matching degree of industrial workers, the transportation distance of components, and the standardization degree of component design. Finally, based on the Unity 3D platform,C#language, and SQLserver database system, the prefabricated building environmental impact assessment system was de'veloped based on the above evaluation model The business requirements of the evaluation system and the system performance requirements are identified. Then, the system architecture of the evaluation system is designed based on the demand analysis. This paper proposes a method based on difference-based environmental impact assessment, and conducts case studies on three case projects to solve the problem that the current research is not comprehensive and the data volume is insufficient.A comprehensive environmental impact difference can be obtained, and an environmental impact assessment system is designed and developed based on the evaluation model to provide decision support for the participants.
