As fruit and vegetable preservatives and highly efficient fungicide,prochloraz has a certain conductivity,protective and control effects,which is widely used as seed treatment agent of rice and used to control plant diseases such as rice blast(RB)and rice sheath blight(RSB)caused by Magnaporthe oryzae and Rhizoctonia solani.Propiconazole,one of systemic fungicides with significant systemicity and long time of pesticide effect,is also widely used in the prevention and control of RB and RSB or other plant diseases.The protective and control effects of the two fungicides can produce complementary,but the pesticide formulations of two fungicides in current domestic market to control plant diseases of rice mostly are single agent and emulsion in water.Because of the sustained use of formulations of the two fungicides,pathogenic fungi produce multi-resistant strains in many area and the drug residue cause immeasurable damage to the environment.In order to solve the defects of single formulation of prochloraz and propiconazol and reduce the environmental pollution,in this study,we develop a novel water emulsion of prochloraz and propiconazole compound model.The utility model can expand the scope of prevention and cure effects against pathogenic fungi,reduce the dosage and the production cost,slow the appearance of multi-resistant strains,prolong the using time of single bactericide,and improve the environmental safety.The results are reported as follows:1.The best ratio screening resultsIn the study,prochloraz and propiconazol in different ratio were used to determine the virulence against M.oryzae and R.solani in vitro.Wadley method was used to evaluate the synergistic effect of different ratios to screen the best ratio.The results showed that the mycelial of M.oryzae and R.solani were strongly inhibited by the two fungicides.When prochloraz and propiconazole at the ratio of 4:1,its inhibitory effect was best,with EC50 values of 0.0683?g/mL and 0.1852?g/mL.2.According to the physicochemical properties and the synergistic effect of Prochloraz and propiconazole,45%prochloraz-propicondzole EW was processed.Formula was as follows:36%Prochloraz/9%Propiconazole/15%200#/3%DMF/7.65%E-13579/0.85%BY110/5%Ethylene glycol/Tap water up to 100%.3.According to the characteristics of water emulsion and basic requirements,quality control indicators of 45%prochloraz-propicondzole EW formulation were set up.Indicators were as follows:The appearance is uniform milky white.The content of prochloraz was 36%(±1.8).The content of propicondzole was 9%(±0.5),Emulsion stability,heat storage stability,low temperature stability and toppling quality are all qualified.Persistent foaming was 12.The pH value was 6.36.4.Efficacy testAccording to the field test:the dosage of 45%prochloraz-propicondzole EW were 20-30g/667m~2 to control rice blast and 30-40g/667m~2 to control rice sheath blight.The protective and control effects against RB and RSB were both over 80% as the recommended dosages.Addition,rice was safe under the test dosage of 45%prochloraz-propicondzole EW and the condition of use in the study.In summary,45% prochloraz-propicondzole EW has great promise to control RB and RSB that can be used in agriculture.
