The Separation Of Low Concentrated Oily Wastewater

People pay more and more attention to the environment,resources and energy,safety and so on.Based on the national emission standards and requirements for the treatment of low concentration oily wastewater,this topic focuses on the treatment of low concentration oily wastewater by using the Apple of Peru gel,and studies the related problems.The standard curve,precision,accuracy and uncertainty evaluation of the method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the determination of oil in wastewater were carried out.The characteristics of the Apple of Peru gel were verified by experiments,such as Lecia DM6B,infrared and SEM and so on.Confirm the gel is stacked network structure.The gel modified by high temperature is compared with activated carbon on the orphology observation and IR characterization.Under the conditions of taking 0.5g Apple of Peru to treat the wastewater contenting oil about 20mg/L,the wastewater can be changed from change from turbidity to transparency.The result of ultraviolet spectrophotometry is that the oil content of filtered wastwater is at 5mg/L,and the removal rate is at 72%.After comparing the efficiency of the modified Apple of Peru gel with the activated carbon on the treatment of low concentration oily wastewater.When the wastewater with oil about 100mg/L and taking 1g Apple of Peru gel,the oil content decreased rapidly to less than0.1mg/L;When the wastewater with oil about 20mg/L and taking 1g Apple of Peru gel,the oil content decreased rapidly to less than 0.1mg/L;When the wastewater with oil about 100mg/L and taking 1g activated carbon,the oil content decreased rapidly to 0.12mg/L.Use the tool of orthogonal experime to find the optimum condition of the low oil contain wastewater treatment,such as the different Apple of Peru quality,the different wastewater temperatures and the different kind of oil.The best treatment condition is that when the wastewater with oil about 100mg/L,taking 1g Apple of Peru gel,choosing wastewater temperature at 30?and choosing vegetable oils,it can reach 3 mg/L oil content of the treatment water.The most important factor was Apple of Peru quality.At the same time,the permeation flux of the Apple of Peru gel was reduced from 98L/(m~2·h)to 65L/(m~2·h)and maintained at this level for 6 days.This samples also were tested for 7 days,and the effluent of treatmen wastewater remained clear and transparent for 7 days.
