Aluminum has become a very important metal in modern society,and has been widely used in many industries.With the increasing demand for aluminum metal,the scale of electrolytic aluminum plant has also increased,which leads to the increase of logistics transportation volume in the plant,and the process of transportation logistics has become more and more complex.In electrolytic aluminum plant,the vehicle dispatching for logistics transportation is still manual dispatching.For more and more complex dispatching tasks,manual dispatching often adopts the principle of proximity allocation.This way leads to the uneven distance of vehicles,and results in the increase of the total distance of vehicles,and the increase of fuel consumption,and the increase of transportation costs.Aiming at the existing problems of manual vehicle scheduling in electrolytic aluminum plant,this paper firstly analyses the production process of electrolytic aluminum plant and the characteristics and difficulties of vehicle scheduling.On this basis,the objective function is to minimize the number of vehicles,the total driving distance of vehicles and the variance of the driving distance of vehicles.The constraints of vehicle scheduling in electrolytic aluminum plant are comprehensively is considered.Firstly,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of vehicle scheduling process is established.According to the optimization mathematical model,the gravitational search algorithm is used to solve the model,and the results of the solution are compared with those of manual scheduling to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.According to the optimization scheduling algorithm proposed in this paper,the vehicle scheduling software is developed and verified by experiments.The results show that the vehicle optimal scheduling software developed in this paper can significantly reduce the total distance of vehicles,and reduce transportation costs and improve production efficiency.This paper proposes an optimization algorithm and develops the corresponding software to meet the actual needs of vehicle scheduling in electrolytic aluminum plant.It solves some problems existing in manual scheduling and improves production efficiency.At the same time,it has the important reference significance for vehicle routing planning and scheduling in other industries.
