| In 2022,the Beijing Winter Olympics sets off a wave of domestic ice and snow sports,which drove the development of the ice and snow industry.However,domestic professional ice-snow equipment,especially professional skis,is still relied on imports.In order to break the foreign monopoly of domestic and promote the development of domestic skiing industry,this paper,through theoretical analysis,derives the formula for solving the large deformation displacement of skis by superposition method,and verifies the formula by the snowboard cantilever beam bending test,then uses it to study the effect of snowboard stiffness on sliding speed,in the end,lays the theoretical foundation for the design of new skis and skiing.The snowboard is a variable stiffness elastic plate whose influence on the sliding speed is reflected in the deformation caused by the force.Moreover,the deformation of the snowboard during the movement is longitudinal bending and large deformation,this paper first explores the basic problem of longitudinal bending and large deformation of variable stiffness elastic plates,and deduces the formula for the large deformation displacement of the elastic body with variable stiffness.However,when using the superposition method to solve the large deformation of the snowboard,the snowboard stiffness distribution will affect the force distribution.In order to solve this problem,the three-point bending test is used to solve the snowboard stiffness distribution equation,next the load distribution equation is derived according to the stiffness distribution equation.Finally,the analytical solution of the large deformation of the snowboard is obtained by the superposition method.On the basis of the above analysis about the two kinds of motion states of skiing straight and turning,this paper obtains the coupling equation between snowboard deformation and speed during straight and turning skiing.These two equations reflect the mechanism of the impact of snowboard stiffness on sliding speed,and provides a theoretical basis for skiing and new snowboarddesign.In addition,the main reason for the cracking of the snowboard is that there is a strain mutation near the head.According to the long semi-axial strain diagram of the snowboard,this paper proposes two design methods of laying the fiber layer and increasing the local thickness stiffness.The designed skis eliminate strain mutation and improve mechanical properties. |
