As an intermediate phase between crystal and liquid,liquid crystal has the characteristics of ordering,fluidity and response to external stimuli.Amphiphilic compounds are composed of hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts,and can self-assemble to different micro-nano structures in both pure state and solution.Bolaamphiphiles can self-assemble to form a variety of liquid crystalline phases.Coumarin and its derivatives are widely used in bio-chemical engineering,photoelectric materials,organic and inorganic hybrid materials,liquid crystalline materials,light collection/energy transfer materials and other functional polymer materials.As a common receptor unit,benzothiazole is used to regulate the HOMO or LOMO level of the compound,which can improve the photoelectric properties,and is expected to obtain new types of liquid crystalline self-assembly structure and better photoelectric properties.The first chapter describes the synthesis of coumarin-based A-B-A type of Janus compound ?m/n.The coumarin-based A-B-A fluorescence molecule can be realized by linking polyether chains at both ends of the coumarin group using the Click reaction as the key step.The micelles formed by molecules self-assembling in water,which have lower critical micelle concentration(0.005 mg/mL),higher drug loading rate(54.0%)and encapsulation rate(56.7%).Therefore,it is suitable for the application of drug packaging materials.Compound ?m/n can be used as a chemical sensor to detect and monitor Fe3+.Therefore,compound ?m/n can be used as a multifunctional material in various fields.The second chapter briefly describes the synthesis,self-assembly and photoelectric properties of fluorene and benzothiadiazole-based A-D-A type of bolaamphiphiles.In this chapter,the Suzuki coupling reaction was used as the key step to synthesize compound ?2/n.Our study showed that when the length of alkoxy chain was 6,8 and 10,compound ?2/n formed hexagonal liquid crystalline phases.The compound has a low energy gap and is doped with coumarin ?3/3 to produce white light.The compounds emited fluorescence of different colors in different polar organic solvents and have larger Stokes shifts.Compound ?2/n has potential applications in high performance semiconductor and white light materials.In the third chapter,the detail synthesis procedures and corresponding experimental data of all compounds synthesized in this thesis were provided. |
