Methyl iodine,as an important fine chemical intermediate,is widely used in laboratory and industrial production.As a part of radioactive wate gas,removing or recovering methyl iodine from radioactive gas is called an important task.Radioactive labeled methyl iodine was prepared in the laboratory to verify the monitoring work carried out the field.At present,the synthesis of methyl iodine methyl iodine at home and abroad,the use of dimethyl sulfate and iodide reaction to achieve,methyl sulfate is a highly toxic substances,synthesis and use of safety control process is very important.This paper based on the data of thermodynamics and kinetics,the theoretical calculation analysis of the feasibility of methyl ether type material synthesis of methyl iodide reaction,the benzene methyl ether,tertiary butyl benzene methyl ether,cyclohexane methyl ether synthesis methods of methyl iodide has carried on the research and exploration,discovery using cyclohexane best responses to the preparation of methyl iodide methyl ether.On this basis,with the yield and purity as testing index,the cyclohexane methyl ether synthesis reaction conditions of experiment,screening the environmentally friendly materials and obtaining preparation process.The main contents are as follows:(1)Theoretical analysis:the feasibility of synthesis of methyl iodine by methyl ether was obtained by thermodynamic contrastive analysis of benzene ether and naphthenic system.A series of kinetic analyses were carried out through preliminary experiments to make a basic judgment on the production of methyl iodine.(2)Screening of synthetic materials:three methyl ether substances were used as the main raw materials for the reaction to prepare methyl iodine methyl iodine by reacting with trimethyl chlorosilane and sodium iodide,and the yield and purity of the products produced by the respective reactions were compared and optimized,so as to obtain the best reaction materials.(3)Optimization of reaction conditions:methyl iodine was prepared by reaction of methoxycyclohexane with trimethylchlorosilane and sodium iodide,and the ratio of reaction materials,temperature,agitation intensity and reaction time were discussed.At the same time,the optimum experimental conditions were obtained and the reaction yield was improved.The optimal combination is obtained through optimization analysis of the synthesis process,the yield of CH3I was 43.88%and the purity was more than 50%.Therefore,it can be believed that this process will be a new research direction of organic synthesis of methyl iodine in the future.
