Isolation Of Conjugated Linoleic Acid From Tan Sheep Tail Fat And Utilization Of Tan Sheep Fat

In this paper,the characteristics of Ningxia Tan sheep's characteristic resources were studied,and the comprehensive utilization research of Ningxia Tan sheep tail fat by-products was carried out.The extraction process of crude fat in Tan sheep tail fat was optimized,and the method of detecting and extracting conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)was established.The technology and technology for producing sheep oil soap using beach goat tail fat as the main raw material was established.Different organic solvents,extraction temperature and other conditions were used to compare the extraction rate of fat.Based on the single factor test,the extraction process was optimized by response surface method.The properties of different fatty acids were used to separate the beaches by condensation crystallization and molecular distillation.Extraction of conjugated linoleic acid from sheep fat and determination of optimum process conditions;study of different NaOH concentrations,saponification temperatures,ratio of fats and fats,pH to free soap,free caustic,moisture and volatiles,chloride And the content of free base,while comparing its various indicators with the mainstream soap on the market,optimized the production process of sheep oil soap.The results are as follows:(1)By comparing the effects of n-hexane,petroleum ether,cyclohexane,isopropanol and anhydrous ethanol on oil extraction,it was found that petroleum ether had the highest oil extraction rate of 91.66%in the tail fat of Tan Sheep.The optimum extraction conditions were optimized by response surface method,the temperature was adjusted to 60?,the extraction time was 8 hours,V(solvent)/m(raw material)was 30,the extraction effect was better,on the basis of this condition,the crude oil was extracted.According to the different melting point of different fatty acids,the oil was cooled and crystallized.Through the optimization of response surface,the temperature was determined to be 30 degrees Celsius,the cooling time was 45 minutes,and the centrifugal conditions were obtained.When 5800r/min was used,the content of conjugated linoleic acid was the highest,and the yield of CLA was 59.58%higher than that of conventional fractionation method when the content of conjugated linoleic acid was 17.84±0.04 mg/g.(2)On the basis of the optimum conditions of extracting crude oil and according to the different free course of different fatty acids,the process of crude extraction of CLA from sheep tail fat by short-range molecular distillation was discussed.The results show that under the condition of vacuum 0.1 kpa,when the temperature is higher than 290?,the light phase component increases significantly,and the CLA content under various temperature conditions is monitored.It is found that with the increase of temperature,the CLA content is positively correlated with the temperature.At 315?,the content of CLA increased significantly,and the content was 17.9542 mg/g.The yield was 60.59%higher than the traditional fractionation method.(3)The raw material selected for making sheep oil soap is sheep tail oil of Tan sheep,and the factors that affect the quality of sheep oil soap are explored and discussed,such as the concentration of NaOH,the temperature of preparation,and the ratio of oil to fat,which will affect the quality of sheep oil soap.In this way,the best preparation method and conditions for sheep oil soap can be determined.If the NaOH possession is 30%and the temperature is 50 degrees Celsius,then the proportion of sheep tail oil:olive oil:palm oil:coconut oil is=3:l:1.In this case,the free alkali,caustic soda and chloride of sheep oil soap arc 0.09%,0.080%,0.86V,respectively,while the water and volatile matter arc 0.09%,0.08%and 0.860%,respectively.20.47%,the pH value is 8.91,and the indexes are in good agreement with the relevant standard.In the step of making the sheep oil soap in detail,the beneficial ingredients and the nutrient components in the sheep oil are greatly preserved,so that the prepared sheep oil soap has the effects of keeping the wet,preventing the allergy and the easy to decompose,And the use of the resources is more reasonable and the requirements of environmental protection are compared.
