Eucommia are unique forestry resources in China,Eucommia forest area is huge all over the country but most have not been effectively used.Eucommia leaves,bark and seed coat have a great application value of the gutta percha,as the second natural rubber resources is to solve our current three clover natural rubber raw materials shortage and efficient use of resources an important way.In this paper,we investigated the effects of different concentrations of chlorogenic acid,geniposide and gutta percha on the raw materials of Eucommia ulmoides,Eucommia ulmoides and Eucommia ulmoides,And the extraction process of high purity gutta percha gum was put forward.At the same time,the micro-morphological changes of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.Peel were studied.The following results were obtained:The effects of pretreatment,total extraction time,extraction temperature,petroleum ether dosage,extraction times,the quality and concentration of inorganic salt solution and acidic conditions on the extraction rate and purity of gutta percha.The content of chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides leaves was the highest in early July,the content was 3.35%and 1.02%,respectively.The content of Eucommia ulmoides was the highest in late September,and the content was 3.36%.The contents of chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides were the highest in early August,and the contents were 0.30%and 0.92%,respectively.The content of Eucommia ulmoides was the highest in early September and the content was 8.25%.The content of chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides was the highest in early September,0.52%and 0.64%respectively.The content of Eucommia ulmoides was the highest in early August,and the content was 12.87%.The extraction efficiency of Eucommia ulmoides gibberella was improved by using inorganic salt solution and petroleum ether two-component gutta percha extract system,which greatly improved the extraction efficiency,the purity of Eucommia ulmoides and the extraction rate of Eucommia ulmoides.The total extraction time was 3 h,The extraction rate of Eucommia ulmoides was 95.72%and 97.65%.The effects of pretreatment,extraction time,extraction temperature,the amount of petroleum ether,the number of extraction,the quality and concentration of inorganic salt solution on the extraction rate and purity of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.were studied.Microscopic changes in the extraction process of Eucommia ulmoides were observed by microscope.In this study,a two-component extraction system of Eucommia ulmoides gum was proposed,and a new extraction method was established,which provided a new solution for the efficient and high purity extraction of industrial gutta percha.
