In recent years,more and more people pay attention to the protection of water resources,Beijing,as one of the water shortage cities,and the problem of water pollution is serious,water resources protection should be paid more attention to.The Zhousigou small watershed located in the Guishui River Yongding River(formerly known as "Xinhua Ying River")belongs to the Guanting Reservoir upstream,two protected areas,is an important water source.Lack of infrastructure,environment and other issues in the small watershed,also seriously restricted the healthy development of small watershed.Therefore,the comprehensive management of the small watershed is beneficial to protect the water source of the Guanting reservoir and protect the safety of the water in the downstream area.It also plays a very important role in improving the ecological environment and economic growth of the small watershed.The Zhousigou small watershed as the research object,through field investigation,literature review,data analysis and combining with the existing data analysis of small watershed problems,according to the water conservation center,build a "work ideas and concepts of ecological restoration,ecological management and ecological protection of the three line,the implementation of sewage and garbage the toilet,and the river(ditch)," five simultaneous "environmental governance,in the layout of ecological restoration area prohibition signs 2,guardrail 350m;ecological control area layout of masonry 18.33hm2 terrace,soil tree 2255,economic forest 21.05hm2,water-saving irrigation 18.33hm2,slope retaining wall 371m,723m,4962m2 to beautify the village life.Waste disposal bins equipped with 60 2622m,field production,field trails 897m;ecological protection zone layout of riverside wetland restoration governance 4000m2,1919m2 channel,1314m cleanup.Through the comprehensive management of small watershed,the soil and water resources in the small watershed can be protected effectively.Trash 60 240L capacity added in small watershed,the annual increase of garbage disposal capacity of 225t/a,effectively solve the garbage problem in small watershed.The transformation of the small watershed in dryland,new economic forest 21.05hm2,improve the study area of forest coverage 0.4%,reducing the amount of chemical fertilizer,the fertilizer use intensity reduced to 221.32kg/hm2,alleviate the situation of non-point source pollution in small watershed.The soil and water conservation measures,change the local microclimate,increase economic crop production,land use area,improve the utilization rate of water resources,increase the regional ecological environment capacity,enhance the tourism resources,increase the local tourism income,water-saving irrigation and ecological environment improvement measures can promote local economic forest planting a substantial increase,tourism income increased significantly,bring direct economic benefits to a certain extent,the study area.The project can not only improve the local infrastructure conditions,will also solve the employment problem of rural surplus labor and improve labor productivity,promote the adjustment of rural industry structure,it plays a positive role in promoting social progress.
