With the advancement of science and technology, people's living standards have been greatly improved.Everyone is paying more and more attention to health while pursuing material life.Drinking clean water has become a necessity in life.Although the traditional disinfection method can meet the practical application, there are certain drawbacks,so it is urgent to develop a new sterilization and disinfection route. As a green and environmentally-friendly emerging technology, photocatalytic technology has been well received by many researchers, which also provides a promising new idea for the disinfection of water resources.Based on the carbon nitride material, the internal structure of the material is optimized by adding 2,4,6-trichlorophenol containing a benzene ring precursor during the polymerization of carbon nitride. The materials used in the study of photocatalytic sterilization experiments. In this paper,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was used as the target strain, and the photocatalytic sterilization efficiency under different light intensity, different catalyst concentration and different illumination time, and the comparison of the sterilization performance of the materials before and after modification were studied. The morphology and structure of the material were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic spectroscopy. It was proved that the benzene ring has been successfully introduced into the tris-triazine ring of carbon nitride. Then in the photocatalytic bactericidal experiment,we discussed the important conditions of light intensity and found that with the increase of light intensity(5 mW/cm2,10 mW/cm2,15 mW/cm2 and 25 mW/cm2),the catalyst The bactericidal efficiency was also significantly improved(13.4%,45.4%,57.6%,and 69.3%),followed by the effect of catalyst concentration on bactericidal efficiency(0 mg/ml,0.1 mg/ml,0.5 mg/ml,1 mg/ml and 2 mg/ml),it was found that when the concentration of carbon nitride was 0.5 mg/ml,the bactericidal effect was the best, which is up to 63.3%.The illumination time was also discussed, with the extension of illumination time(0 min,15 min,30 min and 45 min),the bactericidal efficiency of the material was significantly improved(4%,37.7%,63.6%and 76.3%).Finally,the bactericidal efficiency of the materials before and after the mixing was compared, after analysis, the bactericidal efficiency of the modified material was 63.3%,which was significantly improved compared with 42.4%before modification.
