This paper divides the typical Robinia pseudoacacia forests in Lvcun Forest Farm,Minquan County Shengan Forest Farm and Chenyang Village of Luoyang City in Henan Province, and analyzes the growth of DBH,tree height and volume under different topographic factors. The growth stages of Robinia pseudoacacia were divided. The effects of different topographic factors and soil types on the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia were explored. The growth of different species of Robinia pseudoacacia under the same site conditions was compared. Two suitable for forestry were preferred. The clonal clones were tested for comprehensive comparison of physical and mechanical indicators of wood. The main findings are as follows:(1)Under different topographic conditions, the growth of DBH,tree height and volume of stand varied.Among them, the total growth of DBH:lower shady slope>upper shady slope>lower sunny slope>upper sunny slope;total growth of tree height:upper shady slope>lower shady slope>lower sunny slope>upper sunny slope;total volume growth:upper shady slope>lower shady slope>lower sunny slope>upper shady slope;and upper shady slope. It may be the more suitable site type for Robinia pseudoacacia growth in four terrain types.(2)Under different soil types, the growth of DBH,tree height and volume is affected. The sandy soil is more suitable for the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia. In addition, the difference of soil nutrient content has certain influence on the growth of Robinia.(2)The average growth of DBH and height of Robinia pseudoacacia stands on four different topographical topographies reached the maximum in 4a,with DBH of 0.69 cm,0.63 cm,0.74 cm and 0.62 cm,and tree height of 0.69 m,0.53 m,0.82 m and 0.58 m,respectively. There are some differences in volume increment. The annual volume increment and average volume increment of the upper shady slope intersect at about 24 a.The other three topographies do not intersect. The maximum volume increment of the stand at 0-24 a is 24a,and the mature age of Robinia pseudoacacia may be after 24 a.(3)The growth of stand DBH and tree height is also affected by different soil types. The difference of soil texture and soil nutrient content has certain influence on Robinia pseudoacacia growth. The average values of TN,AN,AK,OP,SOM,CEC,EC of sandy loam are higher than those of sandy loam, and the pH are basically the same. The DBH and tree height of 14 Robinia pseudoacacia clones were mostly better in sandy loam than in loamy sandy soil.Sandy loam was more suitable for Robinia pseudoacacia growth than loamy sandy soil.(4)The comparative study on wood properties of different Robinia pseudoacacia varieties under the same site conditions showed that five excellent Robinia pseudoacacia clones,No.1 Yu Robinia pseudoacacia,No.2 Yu Robinia pseudoacacia,No.7 Yu Robinia pseudoacacia,No.8 Yu Robinia pseudoacacia and 3-I,had potential genetic basis for building wood cultivation.By calculating the subordinate values and the total mean values of wood properties of five different Robinia pseudoacacia clones, the subordinate values of No.2 Yu Robinia pseudoacacia and No.8 Yu Robinia pseudoacacia were all equal. The value ranked in the top two,and the comprehensive performance of wood properties was excellent,so it could be used as the optimal variety for the cultivation of Robinia pseudoacacia building timber forest.
