The strategic goals of intelligent manufacturing,such as “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025”,have been put forward successively to inject new vitality into the manufacturing industry.With the popularity of the mobile Internet era,more and more users are using Internet products to implement their own personalized customization services.The characteristics of traditional manufacturing,such as large scale and single production mode,are difficult to meet the growing individual needs of current users.In this context,the research on the intelligent manufacturing system Web data and production process data for personalized customization enables intelligent manufacturing to meet multi-variety and large-scale personalized production in time,which has important theoretical significance and practical engineering application value.This paper takes the intelligent candy packaging data analysis system for personalization as the research goal,and designs and implements a personalized customized Web service interaction system for users to place orders.The following are the main tasks completed in this article:Firstly,it explains the current status of intelligent manufacturing,personalized customization,and Web data analysis,and uses Internet technology to design a smart candy packaging system Web service application for personalized customization.Meanwhile,it analyzes Web data characteristics of the intelligent candy packaging system for personalized customization by using big data technology Hive and Zeppelin.According to the purpose of personalized web data analysis,the system includes diverse modules,and the basic environment and key technologies of each functional module are explained.Secondly,according to the needs of personalized customization,the web interactive application for user customization is realized.On this basis,the personalized and customized Web data analysis system is designed and implemented,including the process of Web data source,data acquisition and data storage.Based on the big data processing technology Hive and Hadoop,the traffic statistics and page related indicators of the web application are calculated.In addition,the text frequency-inverse document frequency algorithm is used to perform keyword extraction analysis on the user's personalized creative web text,and the knowledge map is constructed to explore the user's personalized demand characteristics.Then,using the Web semantic ontology to construct the ontology model of personalized manufacturing resources,realize the information interaction of the knowledge information expressed by the ontology at the manufacturing execution mechanism level through RFID-aware technology.Based on the above steps,the inference mechanism of Web semantic ontology is realized.Finally,this paper builds a Web application environment for intelligent candy packaging system for personalization,deploys Web data analysis services,and realizes functions such as user login,order placement,knowledge map visualization of personalized creative data mining,and Web data analysis.The feasibility of implementing a personalized candy-packaging system for web data analysis on a smart candy packaging prototype platform.
