With the continuous increase of the total amount of sewage treatment in Qingdao and the continuous improvement of treatment requirements,the sludge treatment and disposal problems brought by sewage treatment are becoming increasingly prominent.At present,the amount of wet sludge produced by Qingdao sewage treatment plant has exceeded 500 t/d,and with the continuous construction of sewage treatment plant,the output of sludge will further increase.In view of the present situation of sludge treatment and disposal in Qingdao,combined with sludge output and physicochemical characteristics,the sludge composting treatment scheme and engineering operation of Loushan River were studied in order to provide technological design basis for sludge composting treatment and engineering application in Qingdao and provide technical support for sludge treatment and disposal in Qingdao.1)Based on the analysis and prediction of sludge quantity and sludge quality in Qingdao,combined with the potential ways of sludge disposal and the analysis of dissipation capacity,the final disposal mode of sludge in Loushan River Project is determined to be aerobic composting process.2)Through the analysis and comparison of the various process measures,the sludge treatment project in Qingdao adopts the integrated process of continuous operation trough type dumper and negative pressure oxygen supply and deodorization,which is economical,stable and efficient.3)The average water content of the sludge treated by this process is about 40%,and the pollutant content in the sludge is significantly reduced,which satisfies the treatment demand and the disposal effect is good.The power consumption per unit of sludge treatment is 44.633 degrees /ton,and the economic effect is more remarkable.4)The actual operation shows that the total power consumption is 1.235 million degrees in September-December 2017,and the unit power consumption is 45.54 degrees/ton of sludge;the total power consumption is 1.8798 million degrees in January-June 2018,and the unit power consumption is 41.12 degrees/ton of sludge.The actual power consumption is inversely proportional to the daily disposal of sludge.The consumption of excipients(peanut hulls)is between 25.95% and 27.35%,which is much higher than that of the design 15%.Therefore,in the future,the operation should be optimized to reduce the proportion of excipients,or alternative excipients,such as mushroom dregs and straw,should be selected.
